Awful customer service. Tried to order online and their online ordering was down. Was told over the phone to try again, and if it still wasn't working, the woman said we could place our order over the phone. We tried online ordering two more times and it still didn't work. Called back and the woman refused to take our phone order even though she said she would just 5 minutes earlier. We ended up getting food at a place down the street and when we passed by this place it was empty.

I called them to ask about opening hours of the place across the street from them, a lady replied and was very sweet and peeked out the window to check they were open for us, that’s phenomenal customer service because she absolutely did not need to do that but did so out of the goodness of her heart. Bless her soul.

A fairly simple Poki place but it’s the most excellent service that stands out. The staff was very detailed in guiding us through the various options and how to maximize our experience. Both indoor and outdoor seating options are nice. Ingredients are fresh and as expected from a place such as this.

The pokebowl was truly delectable, brimming with flavors that delighted my taste buds. However, the onions, while flavorful, were cut in larger pieces than I would have preferred; a finer chop would have enhanced the overall texture. On a positive note, the iced tea accompanying the meal was truly refreshing, adding a delightful touch to the dining experience.
