I love this place!! I've been going for yearsss and it's always clean, the food is incredible, the employees are amazing and especially Bianca. She is ON TOP of it. She has such leader energy and she's given us the most incredible service every single time. She knows a ton of the guests by name including us and you can tell she really loves being there. We try to always go to this specific Poki One N Half just for her. 10/10 recommend this location & Bianca!
I called them to ask about opening hours of the place across the street from them, a lady replied and was very sweet and peeked out the window to check they were open for us, that’s phenomenal customer service because she absolutely did not need to do that but did so out of the goodness of her heart. Bless her soul.
A fairly simple Poki place but it’s the most excellent service that stands out. The staff was very detailed in guiding us through the various options and how to maximize our experience. Both indoor and outdoor seating options are nice. Ingredients are fresh and as expected from a place such as this.
