I had a great experience walking into this poke spot yesterday. The girl who made my bowl was so sweet and she even gave me a little extra seaweed salad when I asked!! The bowl was delicious and I even had two friends try and they loved it.

I ordered the pokei bowl I wanted the brown rice the girl they don't have it they pur white rice on my pokei bowl so it doesn't really taste the same I would not order there any way the girl who make my pokei bowl I hated white rice I want the brown rice instead ? ?

I wish I could give you a zero. When I opened my bowl, I found a hair in their food. I politely explained the situation to them and explained that I wanted a replacement. The Latina salesgirl not only threw away my bowl in a rude manner, but she was completely unapologetic. (They weren't busy at the time, it was just me and my boyfriend) and she didn't give me enough when she re-cooked it for me. When she reached for the fish, I reminded her that it was not your normal amount, but her response was "You deserve it." I was really shocked that what she was doing made me feel like I was being unreasonable. I am sorry that I have retained the evidence and will complain to the relevant authorities. Just wait.

I live in the neighborhood. I usually go to Tokyo. But, I really liked this place! I like how clean and simple and uncluttered the restaurant is. I like the sushi- it filled my craving. I like the opening special prices! I liked their friendly service. I like that my 3 young children had a great meal. All around great. I hope they do well and I would totally recommend coming here. We will come back

There are various veg options on campus, but One N Half is a decent choice. It’s designed predominantly as a takeout restaurant where you build your own bowl. There are various bases, toppings, and the vegan proteins are tofu and chickpea. My bowl was tasty and fresh. For the record, it is most accessible if you are already on campus. An employee told me a few months ago that they do not validate parking, so unless you’re on campus already, it’s in an odd place.
Note: be careful of the sauces, as most have bonito (fish) flakes. I’m pretty sure they told me only the Yuzu sauce is vegan but verify before ordering. I opt for the packets of soy sauce they have behind the counter to be safe.

Don't order online if you want to get what you ordered rather than whatever the person making the bowl feels like. 50% of the time we've ordered online, we get the wrong base. Several times we've gotten no sauce and other times just random toppings. Happened to us again today.

WE LIKE THEIR FOOD BUT I WILL NOT PAY SO MUCH MONEY AGAIN FOR THE BAD TREATMENT THAT A MANAGER CAN GIVE YOU.

If I could give this store a negative I would. They didn’t listen to anything I put on my order (I also called to confirm) & prepared my bowl however they chose. The employees are very rude and DO NOT BELONG SERVING THE PUBLIC!! I waisted $20.00 on a bowl I didn’t order or enjoy. If your franchise wants to stay in business I highly suggest you start from scratch with this locations! Ordered a large bowl with greens and a side of rice instead got less than half a medium bowl w no greens and all rice. I was unable to eat it because my body doesn’t digest rice (rice was not for me). I will be disputing the charge on my card and I will continue to write a review EVERY SINGLE DAY until I get my refund and something is done at the store level to ensure all others who visit this establishment don’t deal w the same rude inadequate behavior/experience as I have. Large greens bowl missing all the greens less than half full for $20.00. Clean up your establishment before you allow your non loyal employees to loose it for you! FYI the order only doesn’t allow you to select all greens as the base that is why I called in once my order was placed as well as included it in my notes and was reassured that she was going to prepare it correctly. NOT! If you can’t get your job right at Poke One N Half then maybe you need to start w some basic job training with an bonus course on listening and common sense.
