Good food for breakfast, besides the buffets, they also have a la carte menu. Lunch ok, but good dinner and bar.

Vegetarian options: They can make it possible, according with your allergies or dietary restrictions.

Dietary restrictions: They can make it.

Kid-friendliness: Small menu for kids. In breakfast kids under 6 eat for free, even if you order a la carte menu.

Miguel was a fantastic and generous bartender. He truly showed us good service and true character. He is the definition of a good server and person, would definitely recommend!!

Had a team dinner here for work and it was delicious!! The food was better than expected and the drinks were as well. If you're staying at the Hilton and wondering if the Polanco is worth it, give it a try.

Was ignored again and again by staff when I sat down, even after I asked where to sit because there was no host. I never got to try the food, so I can’t speak to it.

Our bartender was great and made our night special. We asked for extra garnish and got this amazing mixed drink right out of Naked Gun. Recommend!

I star at the Hilton Mission Valley quite a bit and eat at Polanco frequently. I think the breakfast is excellent. I usually choose the eggs benedict and they are delicious!!

This place is Trying hard to be fancy. The food is okay but could be better. The price was too much. For three fish taco plate alone (without rice and beans) was about $23. The plain rice with tidbits of corn was $5. Lol, it's crazy price for okay food. Not great at all. It's because it's located in Hilton doesn't mean u can jack up the price lol.

Overall, dining here 4 times this week - it wasn't until my last day that I ate something here that "wow'd" me. The steak Chilequilles was excellent and full of flavor.. the steak was tender and flavorful, the chips were seasoned just right mixed in with the beans and eggs - this was a great end of the week breakfast, although a bit expensive and likely paying for the convenience of not going out of the hotel to eat.The breakfast burrito was rather plain, and the salsa just didn't help it. The omelet wasn't anything unusual to write home about. The breakfast potatoes were actually really good and seasoned well, with some bell pepper and onion thrown in there to put them over the top.The street tacos also has not much flavor, I had expected more from the Al pastor. I had a pineapple margarita that was so syrupy that I'd never order another.Staff was always professional, friendly and helpful. No complaints about them.Overall, a convenient place to eat if you're staying here, but nothing to go out of your way for...

Great on-site resturant located in the Hilton. The location has a full service bar and a simple menu. The food was great and the service was excellent. The dinning area and bar was clean and well kept. The menu had some great choices but was simple and didn't seem overwhelming. The food came out quickly and was hot and well prepared. The bar had a good selection of drinks and a well trained bar tender. If you are staying in the Hilton in Mission Valley, this resturant is worth trying. It's very convenient and good.

Polanco Kitchen is the restaurant and bar inside of the Hilton right in the front of the lobby. It's got a small menu, prices are kind of high but portion sizes aren't bad. Service here is great, quick and friendly. Probably about 2 dozen tables plus the bar. It's got a few TVs and ifnyoure staying at Hilton, you can bill to the room which is convenient. Parking outside isn't bad either.

I absolutely loved the food here! I was here with a group and this was the only option but it turned out to be delicious. I had the cheeseburger which was definitely in the top tier of cheeseburgers, I also got to sample the ceviche which was phenomenal!!! I would come here to have dinner even if I wasn't staying in the hotel, it's that good!

Closes at 11 but at 10:15 the kitchen was closed, trash service and lazy employees closing super early for no reason at all

Our whole crew ordered out and the food was above average for that sort of thing. I thought my nachos were actually very good and I would reccommend those as a choice.
