Haven’t been in years so decided to go. Place was packed and my friend and I were seated outside and it was a great day but the food What Happened the taco shell was like Taco Bell the ground beef was just dripping in a red sauce So disappointed won’t be back 😥
I’ll just say that if you know what real Mexican food is, this place the biggest let down. Not even the tortilla chips were good, super stale. Sad to say I don’t recommend this place but the staff was kind.

Ponce jumped in at the last minute to cater a dinner for 45 people ant our home. Everything was great: the food, the presentation and the friendly, competent serving staff. Highly recommend them .

1st time visit while on vaca in Cali. Was greeted promptly and seated. Ordered beef taco platter with rice and refried beans. Server brought some chips and salsa while I waited. The chips tasted good.. but wasn't a fan of the salsa. Wish it had more of a tomato flavor. It just was watery like and tasted kinda bland but spicy if that makes sense. When the taco platter arrived it was plated well and smelled good. Was nice and hot and fresh. The tacos rice and beans all tasted great and more than made up for the disappointment over the salsa. I'd go back for sure.

Honestly this was the best and most authentic Mexican restaurant I have ever been to. First the service was amazing. Second the the guac we ordered was amazing and the queso with chorizo was the best tasting chorizo I've had in my life it was really badass and the chicken tacos were amazing and over all just an amazing experience to come here.

I ordered via their catering service for a work event. Everything went smoothly with the process and the food was excellent. We had non local people attend and everyone ( locals and out of towners) commented on how great the food was. I would definitely have them cater future events

This place was okay. Drove all the way from Santee because it was highly recommended. The service was okay. Sat outside and the flies were an issue. Some tables had little fans. Ours did not. Getting drinks and chips was fine. The salsa was good. The queso was definitely out of a can. We waited for our waiter to come back but had to get his attention instead to order our food. So trying to get refills, forget about it. The food was mediocre for San Diego mexican food. All of us ordered Enchilada Suizas. The tortillas were tough to cut, the chicken was watery, and it wasn't very saucy for enchiladas. I feel we could have stayed in our area and got way better food.
