I asked for two “traditional” apple pies for a birthday party. They made apple pies with a crumb topping and some sort of drizzle over the top.

I was told they were premade and there’s nothing they could do about it. Now I’m out time, money and scrambling the day of the party to find apple pies with crust on the top.

Yikes I was looking to see if anyone felt the same way as I did about their meat ale pie but I don't see any.
The meat was a soggy very bland filling. I unfortunately thought the mushrooms made the dish worse. I was hoping to get a yummy gooie flowing amounts of gravy. Absolutely no gravy. It was just soggy meat. The pie crust was just okay to me. I appreciate the big huge chunks of meat but it wasn't a high quality meat and wish they were smaller bite sized with tons of gravy maybe classic beef gravy herbs carrots celery (small minced veggies). This pie was very bland. I actually thought it needed a little salt.

I enjoyed the Ube pie. The cream on top was very delicious. I wish the ube filling was more custard in texture like an Earl Grey pie. It wasn't out of this world good.

Wow what has happened to this place? The pot pies were godawful. The steak and ale one had the driest meat but the chicken wasn’t far behind. Same is true for the sausage roll. All really disappointing. Was going to get cookies but feared that they’d be as bad as the pot pies.

Amazing spot. We haven't tried everything yet, but I feel like everything here is a hit. We enjoyed the lemon berry hand pie and the key lime pie. It's such a vibe to sit outside and enjoy the weather and people watching on the corner of a busy street. We will absolutely be back. The service was great and the food is so so so delicious

Had the coziest, laid-back time at Pop Pie Co. in Pacific Beach! The out-front seating was nice, warm, and super inviting, perfect for soaking in the cozy vibes. The boxing added a cool touch, and the pot pie was flakey, crispy, and oh-so-tasty. Corn and mash with gravy on the side felt like a warm hug, and the lemonade was a refreshing little treat. Definitely swing by for a chill, delicious meal in that snug outdoor setup!

My husband and I decided to try this place out and were not disappointed! Nayton suggested The green hog pie and we also got a steak and ale and shared them both. We can’t decide which one we liked more. Both fabulous! We loved the atmosphere-super chill and inviting. Both Nayton and Ashley took care of us and were fantastic. We will be back.

This place was recommended to us by a coworker.. and let me tell you.. their piescream is freaking delicious!! It's too much for just one person to handle, but it's perfect for sharing with a friend or significant other.

Love this place. I come here once a week and bring everyone I know here as often as possible. Love the pie, cookies, kale and more. Being right next to amazing ice cream as well is just 10/10
