Met "Alma" the store manager, she could help a lot and she could fix a problem in the system which, she is very cooperative and goes for extra miles to satisfy the customers
The best location I have ever visited for Popeyes I was asking about who was in charge they called alma the supervisor. The location was very clean. The quality of the food was great. Also, the customer service was very good.
This location gets a high volume of people ordering and only 3 employees. The manager Jonathan was cooking and helping mediate any wrong orders. He handled it professionally and kept his composure despite the long lines and order corrections. Folks should understand that most places are short staffed and are trying to take care of everyone despite the miscommunications. The food was fresh and all 3 of the gentlemen working stayed busy the whole time. I hope their employer appreciates...
