4 of the 5 pieces of chicken were overcooked or just 3 hours old, and the apple pie was so dried out it was like apple jerky. No bueno. Had many delicious and fresh meals and excellent service here, but it was earlier in the day before 5:00 PM.

They took down my order correctly and charged me correctly, I was in a hurry but I did notice my bag was light…running a bit late to work. Got to work and sure enough they didn’t get my sandwich…??♂️ it’s not that hard guys. I will go back tomorrow and try to get my sandwich. But this

I had a wonderful experience at Popeyes today. The employee who assisted me was exceedingly kind and patient with my 14-year-old autistic son. His understanding and empathy made our visit to the restaurant so much . I regret not getting his name because his exceptional service truly made a difference. I am grateful for his kindness and commend Popeyes for having such compassionate employees.When I go back I’ll be sure to get his name .

Ordered a Family Feast, which was supposed to come with 6 pieces of chicken and 4 biscuits. But I didn't get any biscuits, and I only got 5 pieces of chicken. Which was so disappointing, because I was looking forward to the biscuits. I recommend triple checking before leaving the store.

This favoritism left a negative impression, as it not only demonstrated unprofessionalism but also a lack of consideration for the paying customers who were patiently waiting their turn.In conclusion, the service at this fried chicken restaurant was subpar, characterized by long waiting times and a disappointing lack of respect for customer queues, with an unfortunate emphasis on prioritizing friends and acquaintances over general patrons...!!

Would be great if they got my order right, but one can't have everything in the world.Don't complain to the employees, complain to corporate its faster.Their fried chicken sandwich at 5 bucks is an absolute deal compared to all the other bars which sell them for 18 bucks

I honestly don’t know why this place has anything above 2 stars. I’ve been here 3 times and each time they have been rude, slow (30 min this time) and inaccurate. They made me wait half an hour for a routine order, they messed it up and then had the nerve to say “I gave you an extra tender for the inconvenience”. I definitely won’t be here anymore.

I'm very disappointed in the service I received tonight. I bought an 8 pc family meal and asked for a bbq sauce. I was told it would be .27. I just spent $30.00 and the manger on duty who is a Hispanicmale in his 40's and a Hispanic female in her late 20's Couldn't even give me 1 sauce after spending $30. I have been in customer service for over 30 years and this was poor customer service on 12/30/23 at about 8:30pm. I will never come here again.
