I have been going to Porkyland since I was 5 years old and it’s still got my favourite carnitas in the city! I don’t live in San Diego anymore but I make a point to come here every time I’m back!

Vegetarian options: All I can say is that they make gigantic burritos that the staff are happy to customize, so you can say you want a big burrito with grilled veggies, black beans, potatoes, and spicy salsa, hold the cheese and grill the burrito until crispy and cut the burrito into quarters, and they will do it. They aim to please. Burritos hit the spot and can last 2+ meals. Love this place!

This place truly does not let down, I walked in expecting another taco shop but this place shows how much passion they put into their food, the ambience is relaxing and welcoming, the outside sitting area has theses light bulbs that set the mood for a romantic date and something to just admire.
