This is a nice restaurant? Right. We walked in and we greeted with, "What can I do for 'ya? For a minute I thought I was at a gas station or liquor store but we were at the Brigantine. We had reservations and mentioned that we were waiting for friends. We were told that they were already there and that we could find them on the patio. The hostess did not accompany us to the table. We had to find our friends on our own. This part of the experience is part of the reason for the 3 star rating. A couple of us ordered skinny margaritas but received sweetened ones instead. The food was good and it came out fast. I asked out server about the size of the oysters and was told that they were medium size. I let her know that I prefer medium size oysters but received some medium sized and huge size oysters. The ambiance is fantastic. Unfortunately they missed the mark on some major points. We're locals and have eaten here in the past. It seems like this restaurant has taken a turn and not for the better. We're debating if we should try again.
