Rude horrible waitress too lazy to take an order
Lauren M. was a great server. Personable, fast accommodating.
I had an experience at this airport bar/restaurant that honestly deserves recognition — not for the food or the drinks (which were fine), but for the people. What unfolded was the kind of scene that could have quickly spiraled out of control if not for the calm, collected staff and a couple of everyday heroes.
While I was sitting at the bar, a woman nearby clearly became incapacitated. From what I gathered, she had just had surgery and had only been served two drinks, according to the bartender. But the effect on her was extreme — she couldn’t walk, couldn’t speak coherently, and looked completely out of it. The situation quickly became alarming. There were calls for medical assistance, police, and paramedics. It was clear she was in no state to board a flight.
Here’s where it gets important: the bartender never lost his cool. He didn’t panic, he didn’t judge — he just handled it. Professionally. With humanity. And then two Marines — complete strangers to her — stepped up to help. No hesitation. They helped keep her safe until help arrived. It was one of those moments that stops you in your tracks: strangers helping a woman in clear distress with nothing to gain, just because it was the right thing to do.
I don’t know their names, but I hope someone who reads this can pass along the praise. It’s so easy to overlook the people behind the bar or behind the scenes in a place like an airport — but today reminded me just how important they are. So, to the bartender: thank you for your compassion and composure. And to the Marines: thank you for showing up, for helping, for being the kind of people this world needs more of.
You all made a difference today — and for anyone watching, you reminded us that goodness is alive and well.
Order from an app, get mediocre reheated sysco grade food, small portions, pay fancy restaurant prices. Servers were nice, but this place sucks.
Raw egg whites and no attention from the bartender. Didn't bother to ask how my food was or why I didn't eat it. Had to wave them down for water and to pay the check. It wasn't a busy morning.
It took a while for someone to come to my table. Took awhile to get my order. Was shocked at the price of a drink, I ordered a double but am absolutely sure it was not a double- a short pour single at best. Another surprise was the EMP BEN charge on the bill - waiter explained the charge is because they have issues keeping kitchen help. somehow, by charging the customers an extra charge on every ticket it will help retention of kitchen help. I think perhaps if they just paid the kitchen help and offered benefits the kitchen help would be more likely to stay.
It was somewhat busy, but the service was great, fast to order, the deink and food arrived fairly fast, and the steak sandwich was great! I hate oversalted food, and this was very good. The bill was $36, which included beer. I think it's a fair price, considering the location
I can’t believe I paid 30 bucks for this disgusting food. On top of that, service was really bad too. And the food tasted absolutely awful.
There were 3 females and they had the rudest attitudes i have ever seen.. i asked to speak to a manager and they denied..it was the worst service i had ever seen.

Pardo at the Airport was the restaurant closest to my gate and it looked like it had a decent menu. There was a server walking around and she was very helpful when I was having issues with ordering on the QR Code. My food came out hot and fresh and was a nice meal before my day of travel. The restaurant is cozy feeling and well decorated.
Vegetarian options: They have salads
Dietary restrictions: Food is made to order and can be modified
Parking: This is inside the airport so you will have to pay to park here
Kid-friendliness: Kids will be OK to eat here
Wheelchair accessibility: They have low top tables but it may be difficult to navigate in a wheel chair if it is busy

This was such a strange place. The Caesar salad was $22! Insane and was too fishy. Service was unfriendly and I couldn’t hear my waitress. She was almost yelling at her tables from a table away asking them about their order which was odd.

Food is so-so, basic airport food, so whatever. DO NOT USE THE QR CODES TO ORDER! They are simply not set up to use this system despite what the signs tell you. Just order from the waitress or the bar, you’ll thank me later.

Wow! It says “Please Seat Yourself” so we did. And there are QR codes on the table, so one would assume that’s the proper way to order. But no, after ordering, paying—including a tip no less, through the QR code—the server came up to me and reprimanded me for ordering. “You should have ordered with me! It’s faster!” Now, how in the hell am I supposed to know that. I’ve never been to this place. Take the damn codes off of the table!
Terrible place. Tried to sit down and order and they told us our 6 year old child couldn't eat his snack at the table since it was "outside food". Fine, whatever, but the server was very rude about it.
Don't waste your time here.
