Our first time at this tea shop was a great experience! Customer service was 5/5 - staff was very knowledgeable and they answered all of our questions with enthusiasm. They even added a free drink as it was our first time and we were hesitant to try something different. The space is clean and the menu is very expansive. We’ll definitely be back.

Exceptional drink selection. The mango cloud with no add-ons was perfect. Excellent hot green tea as well. Koshi provided outstanding service.

Stopped by Presotea for some coffee and boba. The drinks were good, and the space was cozy — great for conversation and fellowship. Solid spot, just not quite a 5-star experience this time.

This place has a wide variety of drinks that are refreshing and reasonably priced.

Service is great and the wait is never too long.

My go to spot after enjoying Korean BBQ.

Drink was ok paid 9.44 for a drink with one add on. Not worth the price.

I've ordered no ice, but the tea came out with ice.
I've politely told them that I ordered no ice, but I've heard no apologies whatsoever.
They just got rid of the ice, and added water to the tea so the tea got too bland.
Not worth the money, and terrible serivce

Go for your safe order!! I love hojicha and winter melon, but their drink did not taste good and I asked to swap drinks, but they said they couldn't. Paid $7 for a drink I hate...

good boba. service was nice enough. the prices are kind of steep but the drinks are relatively large so that cancels out. i like the interior design

The panda one is veryyyy good. And a lot of boba. The place is clean and comfortable. Employees are amazing. Just what u need for a fresh afternoon

Their new Japanese Burn and Coconut coffee are awesome, and so is the service.

And the boba is soft, like marshmallows in your mouth.

We tried their new coffees flavors , and we love them all ?⭐️( Japanese burned coffee frappe, coconut coffee & Vietnamese egg coffee) they go well with crystal boba or coffee jelly toppings along with sea foam ?? will definitely come back for more ?
