Extremely disappointed. I ordered the brown sugar milk tea with 70% sugar. I think they forgot to add any sugar because the drink tastes just like water and oat milk. Waste of my money as the drink is terrible. Also we ordered at the kiosk and the workers never acknowledged us, even when our order was ready.

I love presotea! I usually get their signature milk tea, and even their white peach series. Their boba is just perfect for me especially on the adjustments on ice and sugar. The service is quick and the ambiance of this shop is quite dainty. I would heavily come by again.

Tried this place for the first time. The drinks were really flavorful. The consistency of the boba was perfect and tasted so good. We ordered a total of 5 drinks and all of them were all the right sweetness. There are so many options for drinks. The service was great. The one working answered all our questions. The store is a decent size with several tables and chairs. They also have kiosk for you to order and it's very convenient. The store is located in a shopping center with a lot of parking.

There's not many options for boba in this neck of the woods so we were surprised to see one here. Pros: Drinks are huge They have ordering ipads Decent amount of seating and parking Good for large groups (our party of 7 found a table) Cons: The plain milk teas are very bland, we later learned that they use water instead of milk as the base... I unfortunately don't know what I'd recommend getting here....I've tried my friends drinks too and nothing stood out for me. It's just your standard average boba spot. Scratches the itch if you don't wanna drive all the way to convoy

One thing is for sure Presotea never ever disappoints me! We are constantly and continuously ordering teas to be delivered. My favorite from their large lineup is the passion fruit green tea. I always order it with the mango popping boba and light ice. Since the boba is really sweet, I only get my tea sweetened to 50%. They have always delivered a truly outstanding tea. I actually ask everyone in my house if they want a tea just so I can justify placing an order. It's uncool if I only order one tea to be delivered. Lol! Love the tea! Thank you!

The power was out in our neighborhood and our local boba place was closed. We were craving boba....so we ventured out and came in to Presotea. We've been here a few times. The drinks are good and staff are nice, from the little interaction we had (we ordered from the kiosk). We got the Mangonada and the Brown Sugar Creme Brûlée! Both equally delicious. Service was really quick a den we got our drinks in less than a few mins.

Excellent value for what you get. Also generally the atmosphere is very laid back which is great for hangouts. I have came by a few nights lately though and whoever is in charge of music puts on really obnoxious and loud rock music... where I can't hear my friends talking over.Note to employees: Please keep the music volume at a level where we can hear the person across from us at. Also please reevaluate the night music.. some of the rock songs are straight up obnoxious and the language in some of the songs are highly inappropriate not suitable for kids. I see a lot of families coming here.. and obviously I can't recommend any to join me when music like that is on.

My usual go-to is their roasted oolong milk tea, 30% sugar, but today we wanted to try new flavors. Ordered the wintermelon puree hojicha milk tea and peach oolong tea, both 30% sugar, less ice. The hojicha sweetness was perfect, the wintermelon puree was ok, but didn't get too much wintermelon flavor. The peach oolong tea turned out too bland. Next time would try 50% sugar. Parking-plenty Ordering- very convenient. They have 3 kiosks you can use. wait time- pretty quick,under 5 minutes

I think this place is very convenient and is in a perfect location. There is a TikTok that shows people who eat at AYCE bbq (which is in the same plaza) and are so full but will ALWAYS make room for some boba! The plaza is huge and there is lots of parking. This tea shop is in the corner and is very tidy and the ambiance just feels like it is a nice environment. The menu is displayed throughout the walls of the shop and there are lots of cute little decorations. Overall it would be a good place to study and to hangout. I had ordered a puffle with the salted cream cheese sauce thing and it was just WOW! I am glad that there is a good variety of coffee, fruit/milk tea, smoothies and desserts there. The boba was cooked perfectly and was not too hard or overly soft. The workers were young and served with a smile.

One of my favorite boba shops in RB. I'm in love with the Alishan Milk Tea. It's soooo good!The service here is always friendly and quick. You have the option to order and pay at the two kiosks by the entrance or at the counter. The staff are knowledgeable and there's plenty of seating as well.

The cakes here are too sweet, flaky, and dried. Cutting the cake just falls apart. It's not worth the price we paid for. Will not go there again.

Favorite boba shop in RB! Solid tea flavor and I really like the winter melon bits in the drink. I got it at 50% sweetness and it was perfect! Workers there are friendly and there is plenty of seating to hangout with friends. I recommend this place to anyone who can't drive as far as Convoy or Mira Mesa for boba!
