I love this place! Juices are very yum and it’s in a cute location. HOWEVER, please pay your employees more or get them to do a company mantra/affirmation in the morning or something. Each employee I see when I come in, whether it’s male or female, they’re miserable and borderline rude :/ I always feel so guilty to come here but this is the closest location to me. They always have very sad demeanors and look like they’re on the verge of ending it all, it honestly makes me depressed and uncomfortable.

Other reviewers also say the same, I made sure I wasn’t being too harsh and made sure other people felt the same. Please help your employees out Pressed!

If youre getting frozen yogurt dont do it here. Either go somewhere with actual good frozen yogurt or just dont get frozen yogurt. Why make your soul sad eating this?

I went to pick up a Cleanse drink and ended up trying the Thrive Sparkling Refresher. They happened to be giving out free Cherry Limeade Energy Tonics, as well. The Thrive Refreshers were delicious. I'm super glad it was recommended to try. I definitely will be returning for that. This location is always clean, and the customer service is top-tier!

The guy who worked there was so rude. I was going to buy a juice. Then my granddaughter said she had to use the restroom. We went to go wait till the restroom was available. And the guy told me it's only for customers and I told him I know. After using the restroom, I proceeded to take my items to the register. And when he was just rude when I was asking him questions about the product. My next step is to call corporate and make my formal complaint.

We visited this place for the first time and the stuff was very unfriendly and unhelpful. They seem unhappy to work. The juice was a good refresher, but vanilla freeze was really bad.

Açaí is the worst I have ever had. It is like a soft serve ice cream. Bananas were not fresh. No granola is the granola. Charged extra to replace a fruit with one that was on there. Almond butter was cold peanut butter. If you want açaí you better skip here!

Pressed Juicery at Fashion Valley is a fantastic spot for fresh, high-quality juices, but my recent experience highlighted some areas for improvement. I stopped in on December 30 around 4 PM to pick up a double order of their new 1-day reset cleanse. Unfortunately, there was only one employee working, managing orders, making juices, and checking out customers. While the store wasn’t packed, it still created a delay, as I had to wait in line longer than expected for what should have been a quick pickup.

Despite the staffing challenge, the lone employee was a true standout. She remained super friendly, welcoming, and professional, even as she appeared visibly overwhelmed. Her ability to handle multiple tasks with a positive attitude and efficiently manage everyone in line was impressive. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about providing excellent customer service, which made the experience more enjoyable. However, I couldn’t help but feel for her, as this situation could have been easily avoided with better staffing.

The line of customers waiting was calm and understanding, but this might not always be the case during busier times. Pressed Juicery should consider reevaluating their staffing policies to ensure employees aren’t placed in such stressful situations. A well-staffed store would not only improve the customer experience but also support their team members in delivering the top-notch service the brand is known for.

As for the juices, they were excellent as always. My partner and I completed the 1-day reset cleanse and felt great afterward. The variety of flavors and the quality of the ingredients make it worth returning for future cleanses. Overall, I’ll continue to support Pressed Juicery, but I hope they address the staffing issue to enhance both the customer and employee experience.

My wife and I tried a 3 day juice cleanse and wow… we came away with so many insights about how food (processed foods and cheap meats in particular) affects our mind and body. We went with Pressed juicey bc they already had a plan and it didn’t take much effort for us to order and try it (and the holiday sale helped too!). Moving forward, we’re going to be changing up our diet to have more veggies, and higher quality meats and protein sources. As well as doing a cleanse on a quarterly basis. (We’ve become THOSE people lol.)

Would highly recommend giving your body a cleanse/try!

Wish they still accepted cash, and judging by employees attitudes seems like a terrible place to work :/ I feel guilty when I go in because the prices are so high but the employees are so miserable, its the kind of service you'd expect from Mcdonalds. Their menu is a tonne of fun and I used to get juices/smoothies all the time
