I really love the food here. Salsa amazing. Itās usually empty AF, so service is easy. I go once or twice a week.
The women working the Rancho Bernardo counter at 5pm on 08/06/2024 was so rude. Messed up my order which is just a human error. Non issue. I hate returning food to the kitchen and do everything to avoid but the order was completely wrong. Just asking what I paid for. Then she starts talking sht about me to the other staff. Spanish is a more frequent language than she thinks. Weāre in San Diego my friend! I heard all of that.
I will return but check out whoās running the front desk before entering.
Iām all for sacrificing ācustomer serviceā for nice food but donāt openly talk sht about me when youāre the one that messed up the order.
The Solana Beach employees are way friendlier. They remember every customer and are kind.

I have tried many Mexican restaurants and even food trucks, but I swear the quality of food at this Mexican food was very low and I had my worst Mexican food experience. I will never go back there, I ordered a torta, the meat was only a few small pieces, it was very little, the meat was obviously spoiled, and in this restaurant you will not only not feel the original taste of Mexican food, but you will hate eating Mexican food by going to this place. I feel sorry for managers who assume that people are stupid and uneducated
