I searched high and low for the kind of cheese used and couldn’t confirm anything. But they offered a square pizza that my Chicagoan husband enjoys. So let me help you out. They use Daiya and A LOT of it. Presentation was great and promising, though. I pulled my slice and the cheese began to ooze everywhere. $75 later and we likely will have to toss it as neither of us can stomach Daiya.
Miyokos cheese should be the new standard, imho.

Okay I think there is only one vegan option by the slice BUT it is perfect. Not usually a fan of vegan cheese but they only put a little on their vegan Margherita and, with the very fresh basil, and their great sauce and crust (think foccia), it's a perfect balance. Best vegan slice I've had in quite a while. Very friendly service too.

the “naughty pie” was so good. Perfect crunch to softness ratio. I don’t eat much good pizza in SD so this was a welcome surprise. (And stop recommending me napoli pizza…hate how soft and floppy it is!!)

As someone who has been to the original Prince Street Pizza in Manhattan, this place is disgraceful. The quality difference between the two places is significant. The pizza here tasted like it was reheated and was quite flimsy. I was very disappointed since the place in NYC is arguably the best pizza place in manhattan.

It was late and we were hungry, we knew nothing about this place or all the hype attached to it. We tried a few slices and it was amazing! The Sunset Square… delish! So good we went back the next day for a whole pie to bring back home to Arizona. It’s good pizza, staff is young and friendly, there is nothing to complain about. Enjoy and don’t be a Karen!
