Had a great experience here! Jesus the manager was super welcoming and made sure everything went smoothly. Brady at the bar made excellent drinks and was really friendly, and Kelly gave us great service at the table. Awesome team—definitely coming back!

If I could only even begin to describe the level of class and service that this establishment holds well, maybe I shouldn’t say this establishment and instead single out my number one rockstar who honestly saved my night and that’s a story for us haha! I had to ask for the name of my knight in shining armor and her Name was Ashley. I don’t think I’ll Ever forget The night I had laughings had,new memories, new friends, new lifelong Connections and especially the connection I had to the Molcajete I think it was… it was the drink that had been recommended to me by the one and only Ashley And let me tell you 10 toes down that If it weren’t for Ashley And that 10 out of 10 drink I don’t think I would be here where I am today. Best drink ever.Give her a raise immediately maybe even maybe the keys to the establishment

Edit (after owner’s reply)
Replying to your customer accusing them of lying, i’m not sure it is a good approach for your business reputation. Also your Asada Tacos were made with Chimichuri really ? It did not even taste anything like chimichuri. Maybe you should revise your recipe.
Hope you will improve your cuisine and service, you’ve got a good location ! All the best for the future.

Very long service… portions were very small, i took the tacos asada, very small and oily, not good at all. I asked the waitress if the kids plate were big or not she told me yea they probably can share (2 toddlers)… the plate was very tiny, litterally one table spoon of rice with the chicken, first time i see such a small plate for the kids… was thiniing they were running out of rice… any i dont recommend at all. Atmosphere is good though…

Had Tuna Ceviche as a light snack/half meal for my birthday and it was delightful! I loved the flavorful sauce options, too. Will come back.

A solid 4.6 . . . I’ve wanted Mexican food for the last several days, but didn’t want some low-end thing on the beach or boardwalk. I found it by a Google search, it did not disappoint. I was dining solo, but hadn’t eaten all day. The corn chips they brought to the table after I was seated were way too spicy for me, but I continued eating until my food arrived. I got two things . . . a quesadilla and surf and turf tacos. Both were excellent and surprisingly filling. The waiter was nice, as was the server who also helped me with water even though I wasn’t her table. Since Google doesn’t allow half stars, I’m always torn as to what to do. I definitely recommend this place.

I was there in a group of 12 people and the food was good, but the service horrible our waiter gave us the first round of drinks and forgot about us, we make reservation and our table wasn't ready for us, any way food was good, the mole and chile relleno is delicious and mescal drinks are the best!

There were 3 of us for a late lunch. 2 on our party thought the food was great however I was very underwhelmed so this review is just based on my experience.
I had the fish tacos and not sure what kind of fish they served but it wasn't great, was overcooked and therefore had a rubbery texture. All of my food (tacos rice and beans) were so bland that I would never consider these to have a bold Mexican inspired flavor I had anticipated. The chips were nicely seasoned but we're not fresh. The salsas I do have to say were great. I was happy to see my favorite beer on tap (dos xx amber) but unfortunately it wasn't ice cold and it woulld have been preferable to have been served in a frosted glass which it wasn't.
We split a curry ice cream for dessert and I have to say that this was excellent!!!
Service was excellent. Our server was welcoming friendly and attentive
Atmosphere: The decor and atmosphere are beautiful. The patio area is wonderful. On the Inside seating they only have the tall table and chairs so be aware of this if you don't like the tall chairs. There is an upstairs patio but it's only open on Friday and Saturday nights.

Solid attempt at upscale Mexican restaurant in Pacific Beach. Lots of beautiful glass and colors everywhere could not make up for mid food. Shrimp tacos were overcooked. The chili relleno del mar had NO batter, the poblano was basically raw and the relleno (stuffing) had barely any seafood in it. The best thing on the plate was the refried beans. And of course, we were still in PB on a Friday night, so there was the over served drunk guy vomiting at the bottom of the stairs while the staff all ran and hid, leaving the mess long enough for someone to slip and fall in it (good thing the poor woman was also over served, as she re-emerged from the bathroom down a layer of clothing and sporting a new icepack and I guess a funny story). Thoroughly disgusting and a reminder of why we don't go to PB. Definitely needs a reinvigorated management and kitchen approach and to learn a thing or two from Disney's Fluid Team.

Modern restaurant, we placed a pick up order. Originally hand octopus tacos ordered, but they had recently changed their menu. So, when we arrived to pick up, they recommended the softshell crab tacos (new item). We enjoyed those and the short rib plate. Great customer service.

Terrible Terrible overpriced tacos. Had carne asada taco, it was the worst tacos I had. Terrible meat, service was slow even though hardly no one there. Couldn't get the bad meat taste out. Cheap meat. horrible tacos. Better off buying Mexican food from ANY local taco truck. Last time ill eat there.

What an incredible find! The extensive menu can please anyone, including vegan and vegetarian. I
had the seafood enchiladas which was super delicious along with guacamole and chips. Our waiter was attentive and friendly. The menu prices were also very reasonable. I’ll be back!
