We came to celebrate galentines and the host and our waitress were absolutely amazing! We brought a cake, they offered to refrigerate it for us, our food came quick and all of our needs addressed within a timely manner. Great experience! Will come back again :)

Great place to meet friends and play games. The wait for bowling is 2-3 hours and you can't make reservations for it . I enjoyed myself but the service is slow and food wasn't that great .

I recently visited Punch Bowl for a birthday celebration, and the ambiance was perfect for a fun night out. It's a great spot for dinner with friends, birthdays, or even a casual date night. The new arcade upgrades add a fun touch, although they do encourage a bit more spending. The food was good, but unfortunately, the service was a bit slow, and our server didn't come across as very welcoming. Despite that, the lively atmosphere made up for it, and I'd still recommend it for special occasions or a fun evening with friends.

Service was really good as well as the ambiance. Very fun for large families, especially with teenagers. Food however was bad, mushy fries, sandwich was raw inside, nachos were bad, cheese sticks were empty :(. We ordered so much food and nothing was good unfortunately. We had a large party and almost ordered everything, unfortunately everything was pretty bad.

I came with my friends for the annual Halloween Party and unfortunately was discriminated against by the bartender upstairs. This was extremely disrespectful as she refused to serve us.

Super cool spot to hang out during the week or special events! It works great for big gathering. We tried the karaoke room it was very small but it was also very fun & functional we were allowed to eat &drink in there. I had a blast & will definitely be back. The problem in the beginning is we spent over 10 minutes waiting for help & the front desk. The spot was not busy on a Sunday evening...however no one was literally around anywhere! We had to go deep inside to find a random worker over at the bowling shoes station ?♂️ well forgiven cause drinks were awesome ! Super different, everything is aesthetic & also the service after that was awesome!

So, it was a neat trip, but bowling is always booked in advance, so while we showed up for a Birthday with a reservation requesting bowling, we were called and told no luck. Then, while we were a group celebrating a legendary person's birthday who was our guest, even after mentioning her Birthday, they didn't even wish her a Happy Birthday or do anything special. Thought this was a party spot, but no celebrating for us. We still tipped well and enjoyed our time, just not impressed. Thank you for letting us know before arrival that bowling was not available.
