Pure Acai Bowl

4.5 stars. Fresh and tasty. Hits the spot. The setting within Liberty Public Market is great.

I normally do not write reviews but I couldn’t not this time. When ordering my açaí bowl, I specifically asked for no coconut or chia seeds. When I got the bowl, there was coconut, which is okay because people make mistakes! I politely let the employee know that I had asked for no coconut. She responded pretty rudely and said “No, you didn’t. You asked for no chia seeds.” To which I replied “oh I’m sorry I meant to ask for no coconut.” (Even tho I know I did). She said “well, are you allergic?” And I replied “no I just really do not like coconut.” She rolled her eyes and said “can I just take the fruit off and put new fruit on?” I said that was fine. All this to say, I totally understand making mistakes, but this was completely out of line. She was so rude to the point that my friend, who was waiting to order, decided not to order due to the employee. The açaí bowl was great but I will not be returning solely because the employee.

Bagel was great, but the guy who was working was annoyed, he assumed we wanted ketchup so he said “we don’t have ketchup” but we wanted our bagel cut. when asked to cut our bagel in half (could’ve directed us toward silverware if needed) didn’t need the attitude from him about it, he was rude & rolled his eyes, customer service can use some work. We were the only ones in line, it’s not like there was a line of people.

If i could give this a zero star i would. Very u g l y attitude from the cashier and no manners at all. I understand life is hard and some customers are making fun of her but please do better. Thank you.

I don’t think anyone should even go here. The girl who works here is just rude and for all it’s worth i can even buy the whole store and maybe afford the whole company. Not sure what the drama is but they gotta stop this when they work

Probably the worst acai i’ve ever tasted in my entire life. I’m not sure why some of their bowls are just off and it taste bitter and depressing too just like the customer service.

Nothing pure about “pure açaí bowl”. When I asked, explicitly, is there added sugar in the açai base- I was given a confident no. When I asked to see the ingredients of the base they use
I was told that they were not allowed to show me. When I was able to actually see the brand and Google it myself I saw that there were 17 g of added sugar in a half bowl alone. When speaking with the manager, I was told that they don’t add sugar themselves to the base and deny a refund even when explaining that I asked is there added sugar in the base. dishonest company, no transparency. And in the end, not in healthy option. Greenwashing at its best.

The workers were just constantly flirting with each other. I was waiting for more than 15 min. Good thing I followed up my order or else it would be forgotten. Management should not allow workers to just hang out and talk about their personal lives while at work. Will definitely kill the business. The blonde guy who did my drink literally just toss my drink in front of me without even apologizing.

Came for the strawberries but they were just sitting out on the counter - and were old and wrinkled/ dried out- asked the girl at the counter if they had fresh ones and she said no…

The bowl was mediocre at best. The staff was horrible! You can tell she def didn't want to take my order. It's a Thursday and the food court was super empty. I'm sorry my order was an inconvenience to you. ‍
