QDOBA Mexican Eats

First time here, we had been hearing about it for sometime now and now I understand the hype! I really liked chipotle but this is way WAY better! The quality of the food and the flavors are not even comparable to chipotle. I wish they had one closer to my house but I will be stopping by again when I’m in the area.

Sandra is absolutely incredible! Tonight she was running the Mission Valley Qdoba all by herself and still managed to greet every guest with a big smile and an enthusiastic attitude. She took my order quickly, made me feel welcome, and ensured everyone in the store was taken care of without missing a beat. I’ve been served by Sandra many times before, and she is consistently impressive—always professional, kind, and efficient. Qdoba is lucky to have her representing the brand so well!

The servers Are excellent .
Basically you build your own meal , Great size portions. It's a must period all the way around.

8/20/25 I had such a great experience at the Mission Valley Qdoba! I was helped by DJ and Aiden, and both of them were so kind and helpful. Aiden made my burrito and even offered me a taste test of the new habanero lime steak which I thought was such a thoughtful touch. DJ was ringing up my order very politely asked if I was a rewards member, and I mentioned that I had tried a few times to sign up without success. He went above and beyond to make sure I was finally able to get signed up right there and gave me my first reward on the house . So very nice !

It’s been a long time since I’ve gone to a restaurant where the employees were not only friendly, but genuinely happy to make sure I left happy too. DJ and Aiden really made my visit stand out, and I think this Qdoba mission valley location is doing a fantastic job. Thank you again to both of them. I’ll definitely be coming back!
