I love coming here! This noodle restaurant is a hidden gem amid the vast wonderland of UTC. The broth is nice and soft, and the flavor of the soup is rich and savory. Portions are adequate, too. Overall, I recommend dining here, whether for lunch or dinner; it’s spectacular.

The food here was pretty meh. The bok choy we ordered was a little mushy. Also, the beef noodle broth here pretty much tasted like water. There was no depth of flavor at all. Also, we found a hair in one of our noodle dishes but at least they replaced it quick.

I’ve been a regular at this restaurant, particularly for their pork chops and noodles, which I highly recommend. However, during my most recent visit at 3 pm, I was disappointed to learn that they were unable to serve pork chops because the chef was on a lunch break and wouldn’t return for an hour. Understanding that breaks are necessary, it was still surprising to find out that there was only one chef, which limited the menu options significantly during this time. While I value the quality of their food and service, I hope the restaurant can consider scheduling to ensure all menu items are available throughout their operating hours to better accommodate the dining experience for all customers.
One of my favorite places to eat at UTC, I come here at least once a month. The prices are not super unreasonable and the food is good. The servers speak Chinese and English and they can make accommodations for your orders. The seating inside is also very comfortable when I do eat in, and they don’t take too long when I take out.They also recently switched from a SalesVu system to a Square POS and this has made ordering a lot more simple.
I’m at this mall almost daily. This place is the worst run restaurant at UTC. It can almost be described as ghetto the way they run the front. The cashiers will be eating their own food at the counter and I’m not surprised at all to see other reviewers mentioning food poisoning. Sometimes even when it’s not busy the cashiers just are too busy playing on their phones to call out your order when you already checked in with them and have been standing the whole time right in front of the so the food is just sitting there.
