The worst work culture esp., in modem team the lucky people are principals and above who work less earn more the labors are staff and below. Your job is very secured, if you are principal and above, go to gym in office hours, respond only to ur superiors and just watch stocks every 5min on phone in meetings(like many principal/director,VP level ppl).
