I've been going to this brewery for almost 7 years now. Great beer and the owner Martin is an awesome guy
Located in a strip mall that is a bit awkward to get to, the brewery is owned by a former scientist who decided to use his talents to brew the liquid gold. It is just the owner, no employees so you are ensured to talk with the man himself. Our talk started off a bit abrasive, very opinionated and he made sure to let us know what he thought. After a few minutes I was able to switch the subject and the tension dissipated, and it was a more friendly encounter. The brewery is an open concept with plenty of games to play and a few things to "nerd out" on. The beer I ended up drinking, the recipe happened to be created by AI, which I thought to be a bit of a cheat, but it was decent. I'm not sure if I'd go back.

I work right by here and finally went with Work guys and had a great time. Delectable beers and comfortable atmosphere. Loved the IPA and the Cream ale. Cool to meet Martin the owner. Not sure of the spelling but learned that he was from Canada I believe. Would recommend it.
Came where on 3/17/2024 at around 5:45 pm. They are closed.
Said they were open at 1 and they were not. After 20 minutes left. Should update hours if it's changed.

Quantum Brewing is one of our favorite spots! We had our dual Bachelorette & Bachelor party, then a few years later our friends' pre-wedding party there too!! Owner is very accommodating to each customer or whole party!!
Good beer and comfortable setting. I didn't know beforehand but there's a weekly stand up comedy on Fridays. I only went to have beer but it became a fun date night. I would come on Fridays to support local brewery and local comedians. :)
As an avid brewery hopper and physics major I loved the atmosphere and the clever drinks and shirts. Had the the hadron collider and blueberry π, both very good. Will definitely be coming back.
