Dimly lit which is great for a date or hanging out with friends. Tge atmosphere is conducive to having good conversation. The menu consists of dishes that pair well together or can be the complete opposite to challenge your taste buds.

I went with my daughter and we thoroughly enjoyed the corn donut, which isn't made from corn. It was very tasty.

Giving this restaurant anything but 5 stars all- around is wild. Quixote exceeding my and my wife’s expectations by miles!

The vibe in the restaurant was top notch, felt trendy but not pretentious. Very laid back. We had to wait a little for our table as the restaurant was very busy, we sat at the bar in the meantime. The atmosphere was great, the service was great too. It's just very limited on menu options. I wanted a non alcoholic drink, and the waitress said I could walk down to the other restaurant. What? Other than that, it's extremely dark, and then your eyes adjust. Experience it once. That's all you need.
