My wife and I live in downtown San Diego and walked over to Vinarius for dinner. The food was wonderful and the service was absolutely top notch. We would highly recommend Vinarius.
Very rarely do I give a 5 start rating ... but here is a place that had just great vibes, awesome service and food that tasted like it was home-made. . . . and that it really deserves FIVE STARS.
An absolutely amazing dining experience from start to finish ...the food, service, and atmosphere were all exceptional. The setting is warm and intimate, creating the perfect backdrop for a memorable meal. Every dish was hot, fresh, and bursting with flavor. The standouts for me were the crisp, refreshing salad (I can't recall the name, but it had greens, tomatoes, olives, peppers, and croutons) and the perfectly cooked calamari and shrimp appetizer ...simply outstanding....
