Soggy, underwhelming, and over priced. A location I went to in San antonio was so much better, their Texas toast made me feel like my life changed, this one mehhh not so much. I suggest better ventilation for ur Togo containers and paper to go bags.

freaking bad experience! me and my gf ordered two combos last night at drive thru. while we ate at home and our stomach started to feel uncomfortable. it turns out that we vommiting and diarrhea for the freaking whole night. IDK if is food poisioning or other reasons,it is definitely foods‘ problem. Sharing this bad experience to inform guys to be careful.

Horrible customer service , we placed a 75 strip catering order for a hospital potluck . Everyone had to clock out for lunch at a specific time . We called an hour prior to our pick up time to ensure the order would be ready (which they confirmed it was being worked on) . When we arrived to pick it up there was no order on file according to them . After investigation they said they accidentally canceled our order due to them thinking it was a duplicate order . They had to remake our order which delayed everything more than 30 minutes when the food finally arrived most of the people had to go back to work . They offered us 10 percent off our next tailgate order if we wanted to place an order in the future as their way to make amends.

k so i asked for my texas toast to be toasted on both sides and he lied and said it was already like that but one of the sides is soggy then we asked for extra hot sauce and the girl said there's already a lot in there. there's only 2 sitting in the bag with my untoasted texas toast

I recently visited Raising Cane's Mira Mesa location at dinner time and I was deeply disappointed by the level of disregard for customer safety displayed by one of their employees. I asked if the Raising Cane's dipping sauce contains mayonnaise as I cannot consume raw eggs, and he cavalierly said "I don't know", without making any effort to seek assistance from his colleague or supervisor. He clearly showed his attitude that he didn't care or need to know consuming wrong ingredients may cause danger to lives. I could not believe Raising Cane's employee treats customer safety like nothing and I will not spend a cent in this store ever again.

Not worth what they are charging for chicken thats the size of a big shrimp.Drive thru lady threw change at the side of my car because she wasnt paying attention… disnt even look at me when she tossed the change, then made me go inside to get my change that wasnt on the ground. They cant handle a single order change when they dont even serve many items…I was raisin canes biggest fan until they just went downhill with the service at every restaurant from San Diego to LA. I have visited every single restaurant. They are not as good as they used to be. I dont respect them as much as I used to either. ATerrible customer service. Terribly small chicken. Charges for more sauce knowing they didnt give you enough. $15-20 for some chicken… its just not worth it to me anymore.I called customer service. Its some guy in a closet by himself who whispers into the phone. If you say you cant hear him, he makes it sound like he is a foreigner so you hang up. If you call back and ask to talk to a manager or anyone else at all… the operator will send you to him again and he sends you to voicemail and when I called back again they blocked my number! Swear! I totally swear by there being only one customer service rep. Its quite comical how little they actually care.

Cane's on its own is really good overall. This place can sometimes get crazy busy, but they're really good about keeping the line moving.

Lower end of high-school employees at this location. More interested in socializing with other employees than getting your order right.
