I got tsukemen and I liked it. The meat (belly) was a bit more grisly than I preferred, and the soup itself was really oily in comparison to other tsukemen I've had in the past. The noodles for it are pretty thick in comparison to the ramen bowls and I like that.

To be honest this is my first ramen experience so I dont have anything to compare it to. With that said, I loved it! I ordered Spicy Miso Tonkotsu with short rib. Not too spicy but made my nose run a bit. Excellent flavor and a large portion. Paid 19.99 +5 for the ribs. Honestly I don’t think it was rib meat. Loved the atmosphere and service was friendly and quick.

Came in around 9:30 and the vibe was perfect. Not crowded, great music playing, and just an easy late night atmosphere.

The jalapeño poppers were delicious and came out quick. My ramen with added underbelly was rich and flavorful, exactly what I was hoping for.

My girlfriend’s tsukemen initially came out wrong, but this is where the experience really stood out. Our server handled it flawlessly. He let us snack on the incorrect bowl while...
