Doordashed a $60 order from here. However, when I received the order, I was missing a whole item from my bag. I still wasn't too upset about it. When I called the store to try to have the issue resolved, the guy who picked up agreed to see what had happened with my order. I was left on mute for 5 mins before either the call dropped or the store hung up. I called back multiple times, and the phone was ringing, but no one's picking up. Not planning on order from here anytime soon.

This is my third Rally's fast food experience. The other two were good, but this one is not. Were trying to pay cash and he said they didn't have changed until I asked for the manager and all of the sudden they do. I guess he was just too lazy to get the cash. Secondly is the food. The crunchy part of the chicken tenders is falling off the meat. This is an indication of improper thawing of the food. Hopefully they'd did not spit on our food.

Wow, so unimpressed. Had to pull to the front for over 10 mins. Then, they forgot our drink and cone. And the picture of the food is not what u get. The burger we got was like a miniature burger. Misleading af to say the least. Won’t be running or skipping back to that Ralleys anytime soon!!

Mediocre.Mozzarella Sticks was not melted ! It was Luke warm. I am so disappointed . That is suppose to be hot and fresh ! I’m not spending $7 for it not to be smh. The fries as always delicious Rally’s secret ingredient for their seasoning on the fries make it the best fries in town forever and always ! That’s why I go buy them Mozzarella Sticks can use some work. Maybe it was just the worker made it too fast idk but don’t waste my money again PALEEZ next time I’ll try it before I drive off !
