Fries tasted weird and had sweetness to them, oil was dirty and they reallly gotta stop using the same fryer for everything

The workers at the restaurant are amazing but im really mad that I sign up for text messages with the promise of a free double rallys burger and when I was going to ise the coupon the appt said it has reqxh it's maximum inventory so they canr honor the coupon any more that is super upsetting that they dont honor their coupons **Updates, a nice worker ask me if there is anything they can do to make it up, I told them if they could do anything to make it up. I did remind them that their seevice and food is amazing that the problem was worh the app that was not honoring the coupon. So I jist aks them for the sandwotch and they gave it to me for free so I reset the review to 5 stars because they where willing to honor the coupon even if the app was not honoring the coupon. p.s. typically the app always works good I being using it for years, it just fail for this kne occasion but im happy that the drive thru worker was able to fix it and im grateful. Best Rallys location ever.

Was a quick and easy stop for us. They have one of those automated voice cashiers in the drive-thru and I don't know if I'm a fan of that, but the guy at the window double-checked our order thoroughly and was super nice. It was my first time eating Rally's too and it was pretty good!

The fries are probably the best thing, the burgers are OK and the service is somewhat mediocre (I asked for no pickles.), the atmosphere is OK if you don’t mind the constant sound of cars passing through, it’s good for takeout and dining in.
Parking: Its best to go through drive thru if your on a car. If you’re on a bike or walking, it’s good for dining in as well, outside only.
Kid-friendliness: It’s OK. There isn’t any chairs for babies.
Wheelchair accessibility: Has a ramp and a special table for ordering when dining in. It’s wheelchair accessible.
