We cannot say enough about the quality of catering and customer service by Ranch Events for our wedding. Megan was our main point of contact and was nothing but savvy and open-minded to our food & Bev ideas, creatively bringing them to life in a functional and beautiful manner. We are the third couple in our family to utilize RE for rehearsal dinners & weddings, and year over year they always do an amazing job. For our rehearsal dinner, we had buffet island style food that RE set up at our parents backyard that was a nice casual yet perfectly celebratory dinner style to kick off the weekend.
At our wedding, we had a plated & served dinner service that was more upscale (where the waiters bring the food to each person at their tables) and everyone said their service was very detail oriented. We ordered a custom wedding cake from RE as well as a 4' x 2' berry pastry dessert that they didn't hesitate to tackle making for us - it was stunning, photo attached! We had a full bar (well numerous bars!) where we ourselves bought & provided all the booze + mixers, etc. and they served. They absolutely crushed the assignment in all aspects of the weekend and brought our custom, unique visions to life in a seamless, beautiful manner.
All of our guests raved that it was the best wedding food they've ever had and that the bartending was exceptional. It meant so much to us to work with a catering company that had many great offerings established but also was excited to think outside the box and make custom items for us. We even provided beef from the ranch where we got married for them to cook with for appetizers to literally make the meal from farm to table. So special.

Our point person, Ramon, was incredible—organized, responsive, and always one step ahead. He guided us through menu planning, helped us navigate all the details for the venue, and made sure nothing was overlooked.
On the wedding day, everything ran so smoothly that we didn’t have to worry about a thing. I wish I could rate them 10 stars. to working with Julie to decide what we were looking for for our wedding (she was so flexible and patient!), to our wonderful tasting, to multiple planning meetings with Julie, culminating to the big day. The Ranch Events team can throw a party. the team was so professional and efficient, the bartenders so fun and engaging, and the FOOD was so delicious everyone told me how impressed they were with their meals. and let me not forget to mention the desserts. we had a three layer cake, with each layer being a different flavor, and all the flavors were amazing. we chose a whipped cream frosting so it was light and fluffy and the cake itself had so much flavor. I can't thank the Ranch Events team and Julie enough for making my day perfect and working with me every step of the way.

We recently hosted my daughter’s wedding and reception at Rancho Events Center. The location is beautiful, and the food was excellent—everything looked perfect on the surface.
Unfortunately, the night was marred by a deeply troubling experience: several of our guests were robbed during the event. This left us feeling shocked, unsafe, and violated on what was meant to be a joyful celebration. Security and guest safety should be a top priority for any venue, especially one hosting weddings.
I hope the management takes this seriously and makes immediate improvements to ensure this doesn’t happen to anyone else. We loved the setting, but we cannot in good conscience recommend this venue until safety is addressed.

Always go to Mike he does the best and I am was that a little upset and found out when I got my phone at the other place the person did not add on what he was supposed to add on I got the phone for free because it was an extra line any other person at the other store forgot to add the service plan thank you very much and Mike for taking and handling this and you're right always talk to you never talk to your other person cuz she gets mouthy I don't know how she keeps your job half the time cuz when I go there I can wait 30 minutes before she slap myself can I help you I need to stop that very bad service from her and then she always says I can't help you go to Mike I don't know why she even works there she's always and go to Mike and then always complains no wonder why everybody goes to Mike

My then fiance and I toured Marina Village Marina a while ago, thinking about having our wedding there. The actual "Marina Village" company was, to be blunt, unhelpful and uninterested in helping us. As we walked the property, a gentleman named Bernardo noticed we were carrying flyers and asked if we were thinking of having a wedding there. When we said yes, he said that he worked with Ranch Events who owns a couple of buildings on the property and he'd be happy to help us. He gave us a quick tour and gave us some information, but more importantly, he immediately treated us like he cared.
We chose to have our wedding at the Seaside Room in Marina Village and Bernardo helped us step by step in planning our wedding. Turns out, he and Ranch Events could take care of almost every aspect of the wedding, cutting the number of vendors down significantly and saving us Thousands. Not only was he extremely proficient, he gave us referrals for almost any outside vendor we needed and more importantly, his referrals were FANTASTIC.
Up to and on the day of the wedding, Bernardo and his team were fantastic. They made us feel so special, and our guests were extremely impressed by the set up that they helped provide. Ranch Events is a caterer as well, and to say that the food was phenominal is an understatement. All of our guests told us that the food was some of the best wedding food they'd ever had, especially the braised short rib (YUM!).
All in all, I could not recommend Bernardo and Ranch Events more, they made everything wonderful. It was a day to remember, and they made the experience one that we will never forget. Thank you Bernardo! Tom and Emily
