Small entrance but spacious inside. Menu has lots of options. I had a "Fire" baked sushi roll and tempura—sauce-heavy but filling, shrimp was good, zucchini bitter. My husband had sashimi, which looked less fresh but tasted fine. Overall, 6-7/10. Wasabi tasted off, like bean powder. Average spot, decent for North County.

I got the chicken katsu lunch special. The chicken was moist and the outside crispy. Super delicious. The waitress Anastasia was really nice and answered all my questions about the menu. The service was superb. Definitely recommend this sushi spot.

I got a to go order and was so impressed with the food! Best sushi I've had in a long time and their wasabi is legit! My sinuses are clear haha.

Ordered several rolls and the chicken katsu. Food not authentic and regrettable. The rolls were pretty bad - rice was dry and not seasoned properly, the fish was not fresh. The katsu was one of the worst I have ever had. The chicken was flavorless, overcooked, and very dry, the panko tasted of old oil, and instead of actual katsu sauce there was a strange concoction that tasted like ketchup boiled with tons of corn syrup. Don’t waste your money or stomach space.

Excellent chirashi - fresh, high-quality ingredients beautifully presented by skilled sushi chefs. Ideal for a relaxed, delicious meal. The atmosphere leans quiet, so keep that in mind if you're looking for a lively spot.
I enjoyed their hot dishes too. Try the steak teriyaki. It was tasty and comes with a crisp, refreshing salad and fresh miso soup.

Few vegan/vegetarian alternatives, but the avocado and vegetable roll was tasty and cheap.

I found it to be fairly mediocre (very American) sushi in an uninspired setting.
