Your gonna hate it when it's gone.Streaming is not the same.no putt putt no movies no pool, aka stick ball. Clairemont is not as much fun.Keep staying home.
Good theater solid chairs could be nicer
I heard it's going to close down is this true? That would be so sad. It's great having a theater in Clairemont. It's been pretty empty lately and fewer people are running it so the bathrooms are not always stoked or cleaned.
When to see a late movie on Valentine's Day. The floors were completely drenched in stickiness. Popcorn and other trash everywhere. Napkins and discarded food stuffed into drink holders. Never again.
Needs remodeling
This place is outdated and needs improvements. Staff is friendly. Service is nice. I like going there because it's never too crowded.
Mens room always smells like piss and always dirty. Fix it!
Plenty of seating, although not reclining. And plenty of parking.
This place has gone to the dogs. It used to be great. Now, the floors are noticeably filthy everywhere, even in the lobby. The bathrooms are gross. The trash cans are overflowing. There is almost no staff. Literally no one takes your ticket. You have to pour your own soda, even though it cost $9. We will no longer go there.
The movie ticket price is attractive ($12 per person) and you can find seats even at the very last moment, no reservations or early booking, however your seats area can be dirty with trash.

Went to see Wicked at 9:45pm, theater was never cleaned, food and drinks everywhere. Went and asked if they were going to clean before the movie started, the said no. Could hear the movie from the movie next door which was very distracting. Also the floors in the lobby were filthy. I was very disappointed since we have been going to this theater for 20+ years.
Absolutely disgusting
Tickets are cheap, some good deals at he concessions, but oh man, is this place dated. It's kind of dirty all over. If you're taller than a munchkin, sit on an aisle seat. The legroom is non-existent. Good food choices nearby.
There's a Five Below almost next door, so stock up on cheaper candy before going in.
Stench in women's bathroom!
There has been a sulphuric stench in the women's room for weeks. I belong to the Cinema Society and go there several times a month. Every time we go, we mention it to the staff. We are met with the same blase comment, "We are unable to fix this problem as it is too big right now." Disgusting! I use the other bathroom but last week we all noticed that it, too, is starting to stink. What is wrong with management that they would ignore such a huge problem????
It definitely needs an upgrade .. I could hear the other movie in my theatre as well as the seats were dirty
