I really enjoyed the packaging It's vacuum sealed but also comes with a zip close up thing so that I can keep things fresh The box was alluring to my dog and the variety of different things is also intriguing I'm starting him slow just as they suggest And so far he's enjoying the games Thanks excellent customer service replies and communication this young Company is going 2 be excellent for our pets wellbeing an adventure I'm only on my first box and I'm already looking forward to the next there is choices as far as what will you get and I think that's the fun part You never know we'll be in the box Chicken feet duck head rabbit's feet cow fish you never know

AMAZING!!!!! I am a veterinarian and I believe the best nutrition is the best investment we can make for our pets. I feed raw to my dogs and they are thriving. I've seen and heard countless stories of the significant changes it does for them. I took the CPCN course and it really helped boost my confidence in helping others. I found it challenging to source some organs locally, but it was easily solved with ordering the air-fried version with RDB. Highly recommend!!

TERRIBLE. THE TURKEY NECK CAN CAUSE PANCREATITIS. Just wanted to put this out there for anyone who uses the real dog box subscription for their dog. I gave my dog a turkey neck on Wednesday, Wednesday night she got a belly ache and diarrhea which then lasted all day Thursday and some blood in her stool, and into Friday where she was now throwing up, not eating or drinking now, So we went to the vet and she has pancreatitis, We spent the day and $800 at the vet, she will be on subcutaneous fluids over the weekend every 12 hours, nausea medication every 4 hours and antibiotics every 8 hours! Her pancreas levels were at 230 and her blood work CBC came back at 56 which is the exact cut off to avoid her being hospitalized tonight!! DO NOT GIVE TO YOUR DOG!!!

Terrible customer service. We received a BRICK HARD turkey neck, I literally took a video banging it full strength against my marble counter and it wouldn't budge. When I reached out to the company to ask if this was normal or if something happened to it in production or en route to make it that hard they gaslit me about it. I couldn't get an answer if it was the correct texture or not. Subsequently every turkey neck since (from 6 plus other brands) that I have bought have not been that rock hard. So I would classify Real Dog Box as unsafe for consumption. It's also a mark against them that they can't even answer simple quality control questions and will send you on an email run around loop. We had quality texture issues about a few other chews and had similar issues with a lack of clear response. Steer clear.

I have got to say…. I am so happy we decided to do this for our pup, Cash. We have a 6 month old Rottie and I was so happy to introduce these products. First thing given was the rabbit foot. He played with it for a couple minutes to eventually devouring it! Next was the Lamb Trachea. Again, being foreign, he played with it for a couple of minutes and then devoured it. My boy devoured the rabbit head and Cow ear I loved being able to see the teeth. To know that my boy is gaining these nutrients as a chew is awesome. Those are the only four items we have tried. He has eaten three rabbit feet, one cow ear, one rabbit head and two tracheas. So happy we made this decision. I now live in North Dakota but I am from SD and love that we’re able to support a small company. Would love to continue supporting the best ways possible. Keep up the great work!!
