Their moist chocolate slice is the best, not too sweet and very moist. Regular chocolate slice is also nice. Wish they sold triple chocolate roll by slice, will be back

Ordered a Mango cake today for a birthday, after we ordered we waited for half an hour and no one has given us the cake. I had to come up the register and asked where the cake is, that’s when they realized they FORGOT and approached the fridge to grab the cake out. THEN scribbled some happy birthday letters which took like 20 seconds and it didn’t look good either. Just like that. Because of this we were super late to the birthday event. I am utterly disappointed and felt disrespectful. Can’t believe they rung me up for a $32 cake and totally forgot about it. Kept us waiting and made us sitting there waiting like a fool. I love the National City location but I will NEVER come here again.

My first time to Red Ribbon Bakeshop to try the empanadas, SO DELICIOUS!!! The staff was nice and the bakery was very clean. I’ll be back for sure!

Place is clean and well stocked! So many yummy selections. Staff is friendly and welcoming as soon as you enter the store.

I ordered a pack of Spanish Bread and a spicy chicken empanada, and they were delicious! The only thing I would change would be the amount of filling in the Spanish bread, but everything else was great. The staff were nice and packed everything up nicely. I’ll definitely be back.

Parking: It’s mixed with the whole plaza, so the parking is almost busy all the time.

Kid-friendliness: There are brownies and cakes.

Please eat the mango cake. Eat it twice. The mango cake is steamed here.
Mamon Castella is expensive but delicious. I recommend the mocha flavor.
The bread desal is also good. It tastes like a light morning roll without any greasiness.
