Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Nice place to enjoy with the family ??

Our server Emily and the rest of the team were one of the most attentive crews of Red Robin that we have had the pleasure of dining with!The manager actually came out to double check my food allergies and Emily offered an allergy menu.The gentlemen delivering drinks was comical... Truly at his own expense as he attempted to get the drinks to the correct guests. Very sweet and completely accepting of being slightly lost and confused lolFood was out quickly and correct.As always, we were happy with our service.It's always a toss if a new location will meet expectations, this one did!The only surprise for us was going to a mall that charged to park after the first two hours. Probably less likely to go to that location often just for that reason.You can't enjoy a meal and take your time shopping without paying for parking too. Which is disappointing since I've not shopped that mall before.

It's a burger place...i can't give it more than 3 stars.However, among burger joints, this is one of the best i tried. The burgers were juicy and full of flavor, The onion rings tower was s hit as well.My wife opted for something healthier and chose the Ensenada chicken platter. She was very happy with her choice: the chicken was tender and moist.

I went here solely because of my Veteran's Day special. But, it won't be our last time there. The food was outstanding, hot, and fast!! Even the bottomless fries were hot and fresh. Service was great as well. We all know they are expensive for burgers, but IMO to ensure you get a HOT, TASTY burger, it is well worth it and their fries are great as well!

Customer service and mozzarella sticks are phenomenal! Burgers are good as well. Perfect place to fuel up after some shopping in the local mall.

Loved the sweet potato fries and garlic fries, guacamole burger and Martin which came in an adorable glass, but best part was Tammy the server who was just a complete sweetheart. I adore nice people!!

The staff was great. We were a party of 3 guys who were very hungry after doing our games. They had us seated and drinks on the table in no time. Our food was hot and the taste was excellent. Our drinks never went empty. The manager even stopped by our table and asked how things were. It was a good experience to be treated so well.

Fast service and bomb bay burgers. Ordered a drink to get ahead and 30 seconds later it was served. Amazing

We were told it would be a 50 minute wait and that the bar counted toward their capacity, so we couldn't wait there.We waited at another restaurant in the same mall (Eureka)....There we were seated immediately, we'd already finished our appetisers and were served the entrees when the notification came in that our table at Red Robin was ready.It's really unfortunate cos I love Red Robin, but they're right on the corner outside and it's a national chain, so it's going to be busy. Eureka was superb and it'll be very hard to choose RR over them in the future.

Beautiful location patio dining with our dog. The server was fantastic. Only thing is burgers could be better. Guacamole instead of sliced avocado and only one slice of bacon
