Been buying for years at the Temecula Farmers market. Haven’t found any better! Always consistent in flavor and quality. We look forward to them. Regulars: spinach, potato, lentil, curry chicken and coconut cream.Had the iced Red tea today…delicious!

Amazing service! Not only is the food great, but the customer service is even better! We made several changes to our order and Mohamed accommodated every change. He even changed the drop off location and the date of the drop off last minute. He is our go to restaurant for sambusas at UCSD!

Every Sambusa was absolutely delicious. I was concerned when I saw how small they were but they were absolutely worth the cost and they were enjoyed by everyone at our event!

Very yummy and very friendly! Red Sambusas (East African cuisine) sold food at the UCSD Epstein Amphitheater at a recent concert. We got 5 different kinds: beef, potato, lentil, spinach, and coconut cream. My favorites were the spinach and lentil (the coconut cream was more dessert-like, which I wasn't expecting). Yelp check-in gets you one free sambusa! (they are small, you'll want to buy more). The food was very savory and tasty. Hope to find this stall again at UCSD or around town!

Decided to try out this vendor based on recommendations from their regular customers while we were at the farmers market in old town. My husband and I were casually perusing the menu and people in line waiting to purchase encouraged us to try it. I was excited about the vegan friendly choices available. I tried lentil, spinach, potatoes and coconut cream sambusas. They were so delicious, fresh and bursting with flavor. We actually walked away , started eating our sambusas and then went back to buy more. Highly recommend!!! Your tastebuds will thank you.
