Regents Pizza is my favorite spot for pizza! I always go for the Dominic pizza and the Caesar salad—both are amazing. The place is usually packed, but the service is always great and super fast. Highly recommend!

One needs to go there for the vibrancy and their Chicago style deep dish pizzas. Oh my god they are so yummy full of stuff and really a good value for money. And not to forget the on tap selection of beers and wines. Frequently visited by university students , this place is abuzz with activity especially from evening onwards until closing time.

We thought the pizza would be good considering the reviews, but it was a disappointment. The pizza was super greasy that the cheese and pepperoni was falling off. Our kids didn't even want to eat it. Better off eating at a dominos or some other pizza chain.

Good food, wide selection (don't sleep on the Nashville hot chicken), and friendly service, but expect a pretty long wait time.

Update: 10/5: Went back again as Sunday has easier parking. As expected, deep dish was legit. Had a slice also. Just left a brutal review of the “deep dish,” pizza at Lefty’s Chicago as I wanted to compare to my first visit to Rengents months ago. Well, just to recoup my loses at Lefty’s, I made another trip to Regents and glad to say this is the ONLY legit deep dish in SD proper. Enjoyed a meat lovers deep dish and a Manhattan slice. Incredible flavor and burnt to perfection. Daps to your cooks.

Regents pizza is amazing! The pizza is delicious and the choice in beverages is so awesome! I love hard kombucha and they always have the best options! The workers are extremely friendly and the atmosphere is very good! If you’re looking for a night out on a weekday, this place is for you!

Decided to stop by after class for some pizza and were recommended to come try this place out. Great tasting pizza that reminded me of the thin crusts of NYC slices. We saw that they had the Chicago deep dish slices as well. Will definitely be back !
