The workers here are rude and rush you when ordering every time. To top it off I order a Cali burrito and some carne asada fries and he only gives us 3 little cups of salsas and when I ask for more he was so bothered by it. There is a taco stand across the street that I’ll be trying instead of coming here again.

The baddest thing about this place is this is the only Rigoberto's I know of that sell Pepsi products all Pepsi products sucks. They need to switch back to Coca-Cola products like their other restaurants do server. Their prices are ridiculous expensive every time I look at the prices it makes me don't want to eat there. They need to lower their prices specially the road tacos almost $9 for five. They need to change up their menu sometimes like Taco El Paisa does

I literally just walked out of there not even five seconds ago at first they had messed up my order, but then I decided to walk in because I did pay $46 for my food and when I asked them to fix it, there was no attitude they were very polite. They were very respectful and they fixed it and it was definitely perfect though thank you guys. I’ll definitely be back based off the customer service.

This place customer service is so bad i order over the drive tru and this is the second time i been a customer here since i can remember bit in the last few years is becoming a dump they raise the prices like crazy i got my order so i always ask for habanero salsa and when i get my order i always ask if they put habanero salsa they aleays say yes, i got home and is only 4 salsas that are not even habanero for an order of 3 iteams burrito , asada fries, tacos 4 mini cups of 1-2 oz and the tacos were soft like they dint even fry them , i cal to try to complain and they humg up the phone on my i call back mad asking why were they hanging on my and i can hear them laughing at mu call because i ask to talk to a manager, its rally sad that this people don’t care wen is because of is they have a job but any way, if it allow le to give zero stars i will this place is bad, Asada taco shop on euclid around the corner from this place is inexpensive and better customer service better experience
I love rigobertos. I usually order their carne asada burrito or carne asada fries. The neat is tasty, tender and seasoned to perfection. I don't know how they do it, but they do. Their legacy is great with it being dedicated to the original owners wife I believe. Love the classic feel of the dining area. They are also open to drive thru.

I'm going to say this they get my order correct when I dine in but when I take my food to go they always messing up on my order. I asked for carne asada fries extra crispy I get home my fries are soggy and oily they will never have a loyal customer like me ever again. And the guy out the window didn't have customer service whatsoever.
