Went Friday got salt & pepper wings which we do quite often. Both me and my daughter agreed they didn’t taste the same like didn’t have any seasoning. My opinion think they were old maybe an order that didn’t get picked up didn’t have a freshly cook taste. Don’t like leaving bad reviews but with the price of food and you throw in trash you have too.

This place has been open for decades & is one of the best! Great lunch specials & always fresh food. Their wonton soup is a hit or miss, sometimes there’s not that many wontons, more broth than anything but it’s so delicious! Definitely recommend it!

Sorry to say but this was the worst orange chicken I've ever tasted. I got to the restaurant at 11:20 thinking I would get fresh chicken and this "chicken" was extremely dry, chewy, and gross. I couldn't finish after eating only three pieces. The eggroll was also very dry. I ended up only eating the rice because the egg drop soup had no flavor.
Really sad and a total waste of $10.

Neighborhood Chinese spot with the best salt and black pepper wings that will keep you coming back for more. Reasonable lunch specials considering inflation has made all restaurants go up they stay reasonable cheaper. Recommend their orange chicken to had that real orange flavor and pieces. Call to order ahead if you can. ?

I think they should remodel but the food is so good, people don’t come to look around or sit inside and eat.

Dietary restrictions: I’m a vegetarian and there are tons of options. They even have salt and pepper tofu!

I visit Rising Dragon Restaurant many times. The dishes, especially the Orange Chicken and Beef Broccoli are delicious. What makes this place great is its affordability, making sure you get great value for your money. It’s the perfect takeout location for anyone. if you’re planning to shop at Ralphs or just exploring the area, I would recommend Rising Dragon Restaurant.

I Live close to rising for 13 years and this is hands down my favorite Chinese food. And the lunch special for about $7 is great portions and will definitely put a smile on your face.
