Rising always comes through! Our go to for Salt and Pepper wings!. We prefer their salt and pepper wings instead of other places in National City which is full of MSG and salt. Everything has been delicious. Prices are good and everyone is friendly.

The best Chinese food ever! We have been getting takeout from this restaurant since 2002! They never disappoint! The quality is superb! We always get the house noodle! I always enjoy the Mongolian beef too! Oh and egg drop and wonton soup are superb!

This place is so underrated! It is my Boyfriend and I's favorite Chinese place! Their salt and pepper chicken wings rank better than Golden Chopsticks and Royal Mandarin, in my opinion. It is ran by a sweet & hard-working husband and wife. The service has always been so great, quick, and easy. Plus, their prices are affordable and you get free rice with some dishes. Although they only do take-out since covid, it's awesome that many people still order and their business is still strong! The place is small and little run-down, but it's so clean nevertheless and don't let the appearance fool you!
