Robeks Fresh Juices & Smoothies

I’ve been a customer for about three months now and I’m really sad to give it a two star review. I’m paying $1.50 more for the same thing I would get at one of the North County locations (San Marcos), but I’m getting away less food. They don’t even fill it near the top anymore and I’m paying way more. I also get less fruit in this bowl compared to the North County location, San Marcos.

Way too much sugar in smoothies. Check the ingredients before you purchase! So unhealthy!

Got a smoothie and açai bowl my girlfriend wolfed down the açai bowl before I could have any so it must’ve been good. They were very nice in the shop quick service but I ordered online so it was waiting for me when I got there. No complaints next time I might try the Açai bowl

Tonight I called ahead to order a drink pretty last minute, and the young lady on the phone was incredibly kind and helpful. She explained the ingredients in certain drinks to help me choose what to order while I was busy driving. When I picked up my order it was ready and so delicious. The staff here is amazing, and I will definitely be coming back soon.

This place always makes drinks great.I love coming here and getting the natural juicy i will definitely recommend

My nutty açaí bowl was watered down/ super melted. The base tasted so bland.

Very unwelcoming, rude staff. I don't recommend this location if you don't want your mood and positivity to be ruined. I have been in many different locations, and loved there.

We ordered ahead of time in the app, a good 25-30 minutes before we arrived, and when we arrived, they had not even started to make our drinks. The two guys working had no sense of urgency or even seemed to care. They caused us to be late to an appointment. Will not be returning.

Their Acai Energizer smoothie is the best!

I am only marking this down because they don’t seem to have the wider straws at this location which makes some of the smoothies that still have some chunks in them nearly impossible to drink without frustration. I love the products and some of the other locations have those bigger straws which makes it so much easier and a better experience. This location can also get very busy and take longer so I highly recommend ordering online before heading here to avoid the wait.

I would like to give a one star to this location been coming here for a while. I recently signed up for the app never done it after purchasing at this location well over 100 times. The girl that is working today on July 1 time approximately 1756 refused to honor the discount for installing the app. She gave me a hard time about it did not wanna honor it till I asked to speak to a manager and the gentleman that was working what I was talking about I showed him my email. He honored the app after she made my drink. She slammed it on the counter and says here’s your polar pineapple and a very disgusting.. This customer service and this laziness not be acceptable at all, and I am very disgusted by the Behavior of this person. When you are disgusting like this to people, you should look at yourself in the mirror because you are hideous on the outside and you showed the hideousness of who you are on the inside already

I just got the best smoothie there. People are so friendly is nice to go and see people smiling and polite

Pretty cool conveniant place friendly staff only giving 4 stars because pretty pricey, hard to get in, and no gluten free option for the toast. Over all cool healthy place to get beverages.

Super Delicious Smoothies! I always order the 800LB Gorilla for breakfast! Perfect smoothie for after a workout too!
