I am only marking this down because they don’t seem to have the wider straws at this location which makes some of the smoothies that still have some chunks in them nearly impossible to drink without frustration. I love the products and some of the other locations have those bigger straws which makes it so much easier and a better experience. This location can also get very busy and take longer so I highly recommend ordering online before heading here to avoid the wait.

I would like to give a one star to this location been coming here for a while. I recently signed up for the app never done it after purchasing at this location well over 100 times. The girl that is working today on July 1 time approximately 1756 refused to honor the discount for installing the app. She gave me a hard time about it did not wanna honor it till I asked to speak to a manager and the gentleman that was working what I was talking about I showed him my email. He honored the app after she made my drink. She slammed it on the counter and says here’s your polar pineapple and a very disgusting.. This customer service and this laziness not be acceptable at all, and I am very disgusted by the Behavior of this person. When you are disgusting like this to people, you should look at yourself in the mirror because you are hideous on the outside and you showed the hideousness of who you are on the inside already

Pretty cool conveniant place friendly staff only giving 4 stars because pretty pricey, hard to get in, and no gluten free option for the toast. Over all cool healthy place to get beverages.

Went to pick up an item from Doordash just to get ignored by the employees. I was in front of them, and they completely ignored me.

I just moved to mission valley and back home I would always drink smoothies (at a diff place). This is right by my place so I decided to try it…I’ve only been here a month and I think I’ve gone over 10 times. Every single time, the staff is SO friendly and happy. I love a place that greets you. I also asked once if they could add banana and she asked if I wanted fresh or frozen and explained the difference in taste! I had no idea, but I was so excited to learn something.The smoothies are always the perfect texture to immediately drink, and stay that consistency, which I love! The taste is perfection every time!It’s a little pricier than I’m used to, but that’s probably just California… but it’s worth it. And their rewards program has already saved me some money!10/10 recommend

My grandson and I go here several times a month, and each time we are greeted and welcomed! Two of the team members even know his name :-) The smoothies are consistently perfect and we would not go anywhere else!

Real healthy options...

First time ordering here and it was great. The two young server, male and female, were friendly.They made our juices and it tasted great.

Love coming to this place for the quality of the items only thing they hired some new morning staff that aren’t very welcoming or don’t bother to say anything when you walk in which makes it awkward when ordering. definitely a lack of customer service skills

Great Açaí bowls! Recommended. Only thing I wish was that they offered different sizes. The bowl seems a bit too large for my preference. Other than that really good!!!!
