I just moved to mission valley and back home I would always drink smoothies (at a diff place). This is right by my place so I decided to try it…I’ve only been here a month and I think I’ve gone over 10 times. Every single time, the staff is SO friendly and happy. I love a place that greets you. I also asked once if they could add banana and she asked if I wanted fresh or frozen and explained the difference in taste! I had no idea, but I was so excited to learn something.The smoothies are always the perfect texture to immediately drink, and stay that consistency, which I love! The taste is perfection every time!It’s a little pricier than I’m used to, but that’s probably just California… but it’s worth it. And their rewards program has already saved me some money!10/10 recommend

Came here to check out what they have for breakfast. After taking a quick look at the menu, I decided to go with an acai bowl. Out of the various choices, the Nutty Acai sounded pretty good. Here is the description of the Nutty Acai according to the menu: acai, banana, strawberry, peanut butter, papaya juice and is topped with fresh banana, peanut butter, granola, bee pollen, and honey. It took a few minutes for the employee to put the bowl together, but it was well worth the wait. Acai tasted good (wife liked it as well) and the toppings added a nice change of texture. You might be thinking that peanut butter and acai are a strange mix, but they actually work together. Almost like a peanut butter and jelly kind of taste. It's a large portion and I probably only finished about half. It is a little bit of a smaller portion than Rocky's Frozen Yogurt, but a fair amount. Service was good, the employee appeared to be solo, but she was able to handle everything on her own (there was only one customer before me). I'd hate to see what it would be like for her, if there was a rush of customers. Cool little place, not a lot of indoor seating, but they do have some outside. First time trying this place out, was pretty excited about it, until we got there and got horrible service right off the bat, some blonde girl in the front didn't even greet just looked at me expecting me to get started placing my order, I said hey to her and she completely ignored me, I mean talk about not liking your job, anyways I ordered two bowls, and tbh .. I've had better.. as soon as we sat down inside to eat our food, one of the girls came from the back and started closing procedures, mind you it's 7:49 pm and the place says it closes at 9pm, she started bringing in the chairs and closing a certain station where they sell extra drinks and popcorn.. kinda made me feel uncomfortable as if they were trying to rush out, I even had to check what time they closed to make sure, to top it off the blonde girl had her AirPods on and seemed to be on the phone.. I've read a good amount of reviews on this place after experiencing the place for myself and I can say.. management won't change nothing lol people have been complaining about these girls for the longest and yet, they are still there with horrible customer service, stank faces and not welcoming whatsoever, if that's how you want to run your business you do that, but don't reply to my review telling me you'll work on it and make it better because I can care less I won't ever go back to this place, there's plenty of places out there that pride their service and yours isn't one.

Extremely unprofessional. From the minute we walked in, the girls were on their phone leaning back on the counter instead of wiping and cleaning down the disgusting windows. I ordered two drinks yet they only made one. When I asked for my other drink, the girl said I had to wait until she finished everyone else's drink first and then she would make mine after even though I ordered way before everyone else. I waited for about 10 minutes and she still hadn't made my drink because she was making everyone else's drink. I asked for a refund and she told me that she didn't know how to give a refund. I asked for the manager and she said that they don't have a manager that it's only an owner. She called an employee on her phone and said that the person she was calling would let her know how to give me a refund but that person wasn't answering their phone. She then asked me to come back a different day to get my refund but I told her no that I needed a refund today. She said she didn't know what to do but then said, "I will just give you cash back." This was the worst experience and service ever. The owner needs to train the employees on customer service. Never going back to this place.

Love coming to this place for the quality of the items only thing they hired some new morning staff that aren’t very welcoming or don’t bother to say anything when you walk in which makes it awkward when ordering. definitely a lack of customer service skills

Smoothies taste so good and fresh here! If you feel in need of a detox this might be your spot! Everything is around $10, which is typical for smoothie/juice places. The hero's garden is my fave, not too sweet but not bitter at all. I also got the classic avocado which I'm sure would've been good except my toast was super burnt :/ like charred. So that was quite disappointing. But I would definitely come again to try some more smoothies.

For a corporate chain, this place is not bad at all for fresh juice. Staff helpful with modifications to the juices. I usually get the G-Snap and add lemon juice for the extra tart pop.

Great Açaí bowls! Recommended. Only thing I wish was that they offered different sizes. The bowl seems a bit too large for my preference. Other than that really good!!!!
