Forgot my shaker at home after a gym sesh. Ordered my protein shake over the phone and picked it up when I got there 5 mins later. I'm happy . The lady working there that dat was courteous over the phone and when I came in to pick up my shake.

The smoothie is okay. It's kinda watery, doesn't taste anything special. At the hour I came (5pm on Tuesday) it's empty. It feels pretty lonely, you just get in and get out. I just came cuz I wanted something healthy and I'm not that hungry. The service is good though.

Came in at 7pm and they dont close till 8pm and wanted a pressed juice and they told me "they had cleaned their juicer" so they couldn't make me a juice. Very inconvenient and management should relay to their workers not to clean till after business hours are over! Very lazy !

I asked for large 800 LB Gorilla and she made me a medium. When I said I paid for large plus the tips then she just added a little bit of milk and pure the smoothie in the large cup. I was in rush and didn't see that the smoothie was so watery. This is not what they usually give me. So bad quality this time

Placed an order via the app on November 26. When I arrived to the store, there was a note saying the store closed early. After sending in a message on the website and Instagram, I asked for a refund over a month ago and still have not received one. There is no corporate customer service number to call. Super unprofessional and poor customer service.

Found a hair in my toast, threw the whole toast away. The Hispanic lady was very cold, she's usually the only one working in the morning. No hello no anything. She needs customer service training and she also needs to wrap up her hair. I rather go to a different smoothie spot or make it myself.

The last time I went here everything we ordered was pretty watery. Even the acai bowl that we got was basically drinkable. Actually we ended up getting a cup and poured into it because it was pointless to try to eat it with a spoon. I got the 800 lb gorilla which is a pretty hearty shake and that too was pretty thin. I don't really know what the problem was but I thought it was kind of odd.

I cant say a bad thing about this place, service was fast and quick on lunch and my age buster smoothie was amazing. I really think experience is based on who makes it, that's the thing with any smoothie or anything for that matter who makes it sometimes has the effect. I thought my smoothie was delicious! As for pricing yea it's expensive but so is every smoothie place in America now, everything has gone up, and it's our new norm.

This place is so overpriced and not worth your money. Went there for lunch to grab an açaí bowl and it was so watery, literally had one cut up strawberry, 1/3 scoop of granola , and bad tasting blueberries. So disappointing:(
