Sadly this place has become hit or miss. Past 3 orders have been terrible; this place used to be my go-to.

Just did a pickup order for some carne fries - app said ready for pickup at 5:51. I arrive at 5:52 and make it home within 3 minutes - open fries to everything inside room temp. Nothing was warm. Had to microwave my “fresh” order - nothing like 20 bucks for carne fries (tax and tip included) to have to come home and microwave it… I’ll be searching the area again for a new spot.

I have been going here since I was 5 years old after we moved from Irvine to Carmel Mountain. The family has always been so nice and the food and service makes you feel at home. I'm half Korean and white and my mom was always worried her English wasn't good. Being welcomed here while she was still learning and talking with the staff made her feel so much better. I remember walking down the street from my apartment to this place with my allowance money. I'm 36 now and live on the east coast but always stop by when I'm in town. And now I have a kid who loves this place too. Thank you for always making us feel welcome!

The burritos have become more bland and barebones with less ingredients. The lady with blond hair at the front is rude and will laugh at you if you order in spanish.

The gave me the wrong burrito (it was amazing) carne asada. And brought me the right one steak and egg. Thank you for your service Top Notch!!!

One of the best California burritos I've had. The staff was welcoming and took care of me. Im looking forward to going back

Always very good. Last order was a chili verde burrito...DELICIOUS!!

One of the best dining experiences I’ve had in years. From the moment we walked in, we were made to feel like VIPs. The waiter explained every item on the menu with passion, and his wine recommendation was spot-on. I had the filet mignon, cooked medium rare — it was buttery, tender, and full of flavor. The molten lava cake for dessert was rich and unforgettable.

Great carne asada! Perfect fish tacos, Siete Mares soup is expensive and worth it. Love their new larger location, two doors down from their old spot.

Since posting this, I've tried their mission valley location (numerous times). BOTH ARE EXCELLENT! My kids won't get rolled tacos anywhere else.

Fish taco and ceviche (3 small tostada style) were delish. I ate the fish one and shrimp one. My husband ate the octopus one. What I ate was delish! Would definately order again. The pozole was just ok. But to be fair, I prefer poloze verde w/chicken. Next time I'm in this area, I'll try this place again.

Ohhh Man!!! This place never goes wrong, food is DELICIOUS!!! Highly suggest the ceviche mini tostadas YUMM, if you love seafood THIS IS RIGHT PLACE. I also ordered a fish ? taco ? amazing... One of the best Mexican restaurant in north county ? if you're up here be sure to stop by.

Not a fan of using 100% vegetable oil many bad health issues and side effects why not use100% beef tallow like many Mexican restaurants.Im avoiding this place
