Top notch local hole in the wall type restaurant. Out of all of San Diego, this is where I get my burrito fix; specifically with the surf & turf. Today I tried their Big Breakfast Burrito and although it was delicious it was too much meat for my liking. Usually the food is pretty bomb, but then again I hadn't been there in a while. I went after 8pm. I ordered 10 rolled tacos and carne asada fries to share.
When I got home, the guac was brown and some parts looked fresh like they mixed it with the old. Idk.
The old guacamole of course made the food less pleasant. I'm being generous by giving 3 stars but like I said, usually food is pretty good.

Rolando's is a great taco shop! I've eaten there several times over the last several years, and it's still great. The surf and turf anything is wonderful. And the machaca breakfast burrito, the last thing I got was perfect.
