Best Italian food in San Diego! The service was incredible. Loved the atmosphere. The owner was so authentic and I recommend to anyone and you definitely have to try this stop.

Kinda staff. There is a lot to do in this area. good atmosphere. Bread is perfect and pasta came out fast. I ordered the Ravioli and Fettuccine in mushroom sauce with chicken. both dishes were good and presented well!Kid-friendliness: This is a dim light, more intimate restaurant. Families with kids would likely feel more comfortable with the outdoor seating. They have heaters!

Atmosphere was odd, decor was old. Service was bad, the waiter basically just asked what we wanted and left without any hello's or confirming orders. Carbonara was overcooked and the "pancetta" was bacon, you could see that it was clearly plain cut breakfast bacon in appearance and scent. The Bolognese was decent but nothing to write home about. We ordered dirty martinis, mixed gin and vodka, and they all came as vodka, and were very weak.

This might be the worst food I’ve ever heard someone try to call “Italian”. Everything we ordered seemed like the only stop between the freezer and my plate that it made was in the microwave. The sauces were overly salted and nearly inedible. The best part of the meal, besides leaving, was the (clearly made days ago) bread.I’ve never written a bad review in my life, but this was so unconscionably bad that it had to be shared. The place was dead at 7pm on a Saturday. There was no bartender at the bar. The two staff we interacted with were kind, but clearly overworked.

The best chicken Marsala I’ve ever had! I wish they had a larger wine selection though, but the Malbec available was good.

Probably the worst italian experience I have had in san diego. The food was extremely salty. Not only that, but the $28 meal you pay for has about a scoop full of spaghetti and a cheap piece of meat on the side. Do not waste your money on this place. Also z we are at an Italian place and they are playing random 90s music

Amazing customer service and delicious food! The doordash driver took over an hour to deliver my food! The restaurant owner offered to remake it! I am extremely impressed by the customer service and the food quality! I recommend eating at this restaurant ?

Damn, this place was so good! The fresh pasta reminded of me of being in Italy - heavenly! And the meat + cheese plates, the calamari, the bruschetta... honestly everything we had was incredible. Fresh, flavorful, delicious. Can't wait to come back here! If you're in San Diego and craving authentic Italian food - you gotta try this spot.

We ate at Sergio's Roma Mia on December 10th after our daughter's wedding. Sergio treated us like family and the food was amazing! From the appetizers to the main course, everything was done to perfection! Even though we had a large group, our food was served in a timely manner. A super nice experience to top off a beautiful day.I highly recommend Roma Mia!!

Amazing food! I can't express how great the food at this place is. I don't even feel like typing out a long review because I keep thinking back to the ravioli. If you're looking to eat somewhere, just walk in the door. You won't regret it.
