My favorite neighborhood bar I have ever been to! Great vibes! Live music is always killer and Jason the bartender makes you feel like family. A trip to San Diego is never complete without a stop in for a cold highlife and a good time!
Been coming here since 2021, love the staff and the people that come in. The one neighbor upstairs sucks tho and deserves a wedgie; constantly crying and complaining about anything that happens at the bars/restaurants in that neighborhood. It’s like moving to lower manhattan and complaining that there’s too many skyscrapers or purposely moving next to an airport and complaining that they planes flying over you is too loud. But nonetheless, it’s a great bar for both regulars...
I absolutely love this place and Greg is great. They also have amazing food but you have to be 21+ to go in and grab a bite to eat. The Grown Up grilled cheese is top notch as well as their plantains.
