Best sandwiches this side of the Mississippi. Got the rich boy and absolutely loved it. Quality of chicken was insane like true thigh meat. Yum

We decided to stop in for a bite on a whim, and lemme tell you, this place slaps! It's so good! I got this Whale Veg sandwich and it's like if a rabbit knew how to make bread. Fantastic and fresh. My S.O. got the Stallion which is the most *sandwich* sandwich I've ever tasted. It's super good and tastes like the kinda sandwich you'd make at home and spare no expense. It's a banger.
I will say the chairs are weird to sit at. The foot rests are a not super comfy. But that don't matter when the good food makes it better!
Seriously that sandwich was huge and tasty!

This is one of the best subs we ever ate. Originally from New England area where firehose subs is our favorite but rubicon takes subs to the next level. First of all the dutch crunch bread was divine. We had dutch crunch bread with the super Mario sandwich and it tasted fantastic (flavors, protein packed and portions were large). So nice we visited twice! We got sandwiches on the way to San Diego airport while waiting for our flight.
