This place service is absolutely horrible . I love rubios and I usually go there once a week.having worst experience here, i decide to never go to any rubios anymore . I was serviced by a lead supervisor, I do not remember his name but he was a total Ass.

Amazing and outstanding customer service !!! 5 stars not only on food, taste, and receiving my order quickly, but the smiles of the staff are unforgettable! I will be happy to recommend all my fellow hungry compadres to the Rancho Bernardo Rubios! P.S - the fresh juices are amazing !

It's the usual food which is usually good. They have a very nice staff here provide good service, and are friendly and helpful.

Food's pretty fresh here. The male manager tries his best to get things going. But, there's something about the way the in-store and online orders are handled that isn't efficient. For example, you place an online order for a particular pick-up time, but still end up waiting an average of 30-40 minutes for your food, which is just a combo for one person.

Parking: This store is located in a small corner strip mall, which has very, very limited parking lot where the parking stalls are also narrow. Street parking is available.

I placed an order on line so it would be ready when I got there for my 10min lunch/dinner break. Unfortunately it was not ready. I had to wait an extra 10 minutes. That was the only annoying thing. And having to rush back to work. Luckily, I was able to clock in on time. But I had to eat while I was working. Not easy with my job

Been coming to this place for years! It’s so good. Never had a bad experience! What drove me to write this review after so many years was lily! She was so nice and truly went above and beyond to give us amazing service. Homegirl needs a raise ??. Thank you, team RB!

First the order was messed up and only door dash could fix it...fine. But then a bug crawled out of my bowl. That's the only reason I'm writing this review is the bug. First they couldn't fix the order which is whatever even tho they messed it up clearly...but the bug really gave me the ick. Usually this location is fine so idk what's up tonight.
