I usually keep the receipt, but this time I declined, and I should have taken it to submit feedback. My picky teen son usually orders the cheese quesadilla on the Shareables section of the menu, and requests the sides/condiments of sour cream, guacamole, and salsa fresca on the side, and a churro. This afternoon, he ate all of the quesadilla and chips with salsa from the salsa bar. One of the servers, Zayden, stopped by our table to ask how the food was, and I thought that was really nice. Also, when I went to the counter to ask for a bag, he stopped what he was doing to help me. I appreciated his professionalism, responsiveness, attentiveness, and positive attitude!

Rubio's was better 10 plus years ago but still not bad.

Staff is amazing and easy to chat with. Food was great and location was perfect, as it is right down the street from my hotel.

I visited this location in March just after a loss in our family. The staff, who had engaged me in conversation, were so kind. One thing that I noticed is that the space was immaculate. I don't require much, but this place was above and beyond in terms of cleanliness. Seems like good people doing good work to me. And the fish tacos are still so delicious after all of these years.

Hit-or-miss with this place. Zero sauce on tacos this time! How do you forget the white sauce? Wtf
3X's in a year they forgot the sauce. 2 different locations.

My nachos barely had anything on them. There was only a minimal amount of beans and cheese and no protein whatsoever.

Had some fish tacos and tortilla soup, everything was very good

This place service is absolutely horrible . I love rubios and I usually go there once a week.having worst experience here, i decide to never go to any rubios anymore . I was serviced by a lead supervisor, I do not remember his name but he was a total Ass.
