Late post*** Love the fish tacos here, there is no doubt! But Idk who the newer manager lady who was here last week but major RBF that one has. And not really people friendly either. The other staff members were nice tho.

Went to this Rubios location for the first time today and was shocked at the treatment that I had received from their employees. I ordered a large drink and some tacos, and everything seemed to be going fine. I sat down, ate my food, got a refill on my coke and got on my phone to respond to a couple of text messages. Almost immediately I started feeling sick to my stomach, so I sped into the bathroom and puked up my lunch. I went back to my table, and attempted to plug my phone in to the outlet under my table and almost instantly was approached by a Karen with a Rubios shirt on telling me that I'm not allowed to plug anything in (even though my neighbor's on both sides of me had their phones plugged in). Now it's worth mentioning that I'm a disabled vet in a wheelchair and homeless, but I don't talk to myself, stare at people or smell bad but I just left anyways to avoid a scene and interrupt others dining experience. I went out front to wait for an Uber, and not 5 minutes later, I'm approached by a security guard telling me that they got a call asking him to remove me from the property. It's been quite some time since I've been treated so badly and been embarrassed like this.

It seems like the cost is rising But the amount of protein in a given dish is falling.
Unimpressed with the quinoa bowl, It’s mostly reconstituted quinoa with maybe announce and a half of chicken. Not worth the $14

Rubio's is apparently cost saving. It is currently 87° inside the restaurant. We were out at a different Rubio's location a couple weeks ago and they told us that the corporate is now controlling their air and won't drop it. It is between 90 and 100° outside. This is not okay. However we love their food and service. I don't blame the people at the store.

I love the quality of service and the food was so fresh and so tasty. Also, prices were very fair and the selection of drinks was great, I liked Margarita in a can.
